Description of Work: I ordered a certain blind per measurements. When they arrived they were both 1 inch to short. I Was told that an inch is deducted when made which I was unaware of. When I contacted them, it was made all my fault and they would be glad to fix the problem for $50.00. Right, I have already given you $70.00. |Will not ever understand why people in business have to be so nasty and make the customer seem so dumb. I was unaware of the one inch deal...oh well, talking to the air once again.

Description of Work: Blinds Galore helped with two orders for solar shades & wood blinds. I had minor issues with both orders, which they very quickly helped straighten out. (One was an ordering error on my part, which they had additional parts shipped at no cost. The other was a manufacturing defect which they had the company replace for free.) I plan on ordering from them again when we need window treatments. Much more knowledgeable and helpful than the big hardware stores.

Description of Work: I have ordered many sets of honeycomb blinds from Blindsgalore. Some of the time they have arrived on time and a few times they were months late. I had an issue with on wrong color and an issue with the cord pulls not being long enough on a different order. They did redo the wrong color and after many back and forth emails/phone calls regarding the cords they finally sent me one of the two cords. Again I had to begin the process and finally got the other but they did not match in length. I finally just gave up.
