Description of Work: Air duct cleaning. They use less powerful suction than previous [maybe 10 years ago]. House was left with more floating dust than we expected. Price quite high. Used them about a year ago for a water leak under the driveway to the house and the tech did an excellent job at a fair price.

Don't call Bill Howe.
Description of Work: They were prompt but it was way to expensive and the toilet leaked and the plumber informed us it was due to placing a blue tablet in the toilet. Never had leaking problems before. I will not utilize their service in the future.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my crawl space from a toilet on the first level of our house. I had unsuccessfully snaked the toilet and the first plumber I called was also unsuccessful and he didn't have the proper equipment on hand to fix the problem so I called Bill Howe Plumbing. Because the job entailed crawling into a small space, they sent Louis who could get into that area. I did have to wait a day but when he arrived, he professionally handled our issue instantly knowing he had to go through the line through the garage and not through the toilet. Because I was stressed having to deal with a black water leak which leaked into our living space, I felt in good hands with Louis who got right to the diagnosing of the problem and then handled it quickly and efficiently.
