Description of Work: Unfortunately, I had put a large amount of pasta down the garbage disposal which stopped up the line between the garbage disposal and the air gap for the dishwasher so the water was not draining from the garbage disposal. I called Bill Howe because this happened on a Saturday and they are open on the weekend. They were punctual and professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: I saw an Angie's List deal for one hour of service on the furnace. Called them up, got it scheduled. The tech showed up on time and got to work right away. He was a real pro, as our furnace is old. I was watching him work, he explained what was wrong and how the systems and controls on my old furnace differ from new units. I like that technical info, and I was happy he shared as opposed to being annoyed that the 'homeowner' was looking over his shoulder. I will definitely call them in the future.

Cheap fix. Slept good that night.
