Description of Work: Pulled a root out of our sewer line connector. The guy showed up when he was supposed to, approached the problem - backed up toilet - in a step-wise fashion, figured it out and fixed it. It was not a quick snake job by any means.

Description of Work: Replaced and repaired hose bib and water regulator. The only thing I can complain about is that the water pressure is now too low and I'll have to have them come and fix that.

Description of Work: REPLACED 6-YR OLD TITAN G-DISPOSAL UNDER KITCHEN SINK WITH A NEW INSINKERATOR DISPOSAL. THE TITAN IS COSTCO .. DON'T BUY IT .. IT IS LOUD & WILL VIBRATE SINK & PLUMBING UNTIL PIPES BREAK. BILL HOWE GOT ME THE BEST DISPOSAL ON THE MARKET AND IT IS SO SMOOTH & QUIET I CAN BARELY TELL IT IS "ON". BTW .. THE PIPES BURST AT 7:00 A.M. AND BILL HOWE WAS HERE BY 8:30 A.M. GREAT JOB !!!

Description of Work: A pipe broke in my front yard and I had a river gushing water down the street. They prioritized me as "emergency" and came in about 20 min., shut off the water and fixed the pipe. They had to dig to find it so it was a bigger job and took more time. The worker also cleaned up as best he could after repairing the pipe which I appreciated! I am very pleased with their service!

Description of Work: They changed a valve under a vanity sink. The faucet needed repair, but the plumber told me the parts would cost over $300 and that I needed to replace them in three sinks as well as the feed line valves. He would do it all for $1,200, so I declined the offer. I bought the parts for the faucet at Dixieline for under $50 and repaired the faucet myself. It needed a cartridge, a seal and a flex line to the valve the plumber installed (needed, but over-priced as I recall.)

Description of Work: I have called Bill Howe for various plumbing issues in my house, from clearing a clogged main line of roots to installing a new water heater. They have great customer service and friendly, efficient technicians. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Don't remember the date. Probably in 2010. They had to come back 3 times and for the last time they said they would bring in an electrician. I said you will use mine. (They tried to hire him when he finished but he declined) Later I hired a different plumber to correct their work.... That was for my gas Tankless water heater. For another problem the worker offered to work directly for me, off the books. I declined..jw

Description of Work: Cleared drains. One guy was very thorough, but the next time was just ok. You don't know who you are going to get.

Description of Work: The service representative was called to fix the stopped up drain, after short of working on the drain I had to tell the rep he has to go the roof to unclog the drain pipe on the second story roof. The Rep was a little scarred but fixed the problem & charged $159 instead of $78 because it was on Saturday.

Description of Work: They cleaned out a stopped up drain to our washer. Did a great job, quickly and they were very entertaining too!

Description of Work: We lost our water heater on a Sunday morning. We called and got service within 40 min. And he was a manager. No extra charges for being on a weekend or SUNDAY!!! His name was Rick and he got everything under control and we had all taken care of within a couple if hours. No mess no trash, everything left clean.

Bill Howe did the emergency dryout and the restoration services. |They worked around my schedule, followed up on almost a daily basis. They were worked with my insurance company, bids were always fair and prompt. They helped me get through a big mess during the holiday season (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and I am totally pleased with the final results. I would highly recommend any of their services.
