Description of Work: They came out and performed an analysis for HVAC sizing and provided a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)for the installation when I am ready for it in my rehabbing process. They were amazing precise, professional and customer service oriented. They made me so confident in their service that I am willing to pay a little more for their service rather than going with the lowest bidder.

Description of Work: Bill Howes plumbers replaced an old leaky faucet. He came prepared with a couple of different noodles and let me pick the one we wanted. They did a good job and I'm satisfied. He arrived towards the end of the visit window, but he was not late. I'd use them again although they are a little expensive they do good work

Description of Work: Installed 2 bathroom faucets that I had already bought and some minor repair under sink!!

Description of Work: Replaced an old shut off valve on the water line to the swimming pool and replaced a pressure regulator. We discovered a slow drip had turned into a running stream of water. Bill Howe sent a plumber the same afternoon. They were able to replace the valve without breaking into the concrete through which the pipe passed, something others had told us would be necessary. The regulator was a new problem we mentioned when they arrived but they fixed that too. |We have had terrific service from Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning and recommend them for all these services.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the pipe going from the city water to my sprinkler system. They ended up replacing the valve at the street and the valve going to the leaky pipe. The plumber brought in a crew of two men to dig up about 15' of pipe, which I got charged a bundle for. I would never have called them if I had any idea I would be charged so much. (By the way, I dug up and replaced the leaky pipe after they left.)

Description of Work: Cleared and imaged 11 ft. of 2" drain from clothes washer.

Description of Work: Had an emergency. I was turning off water valves before leaving on a cruise, and the laundry room valves broke off. Bill Howe Plumbing was the only one able to respond before I had to leave. Initially, the guy they sent said he couldn't repair it in the time I had, but then figured something out. I probably overpaid, but I didn't have time to get other estimates.

Description of Work: They ran cable to open up two clogged drains, and gave us a quote to replace a last stretch of remaining cast iron sewer line, which they said is causing the problem.

Description of Work: Called Bill Howe to repair a cracked sewer pipe under the house. They replaced a portion of the main line and all the fitting up to the toilet with new ABS. We have used Bill Howe on several occasions and have been satisfied with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: They installed a new garbage disposal and tightened a faucet they we've continually had problems with. The faucet is great and the service was great,timely, and courteous.

Description of Work: We purchased a flipped house in June 2009 and within about three weeks of moving in, our toilet was leaking at the base. Turned out the seller had had one of his guys seal the toilet but hadn't done it properly (since he wasn't a plumber). He had to pay for Bill Howe to come out and fix the shoddy job. They were very good, knowledgeable, and professional. The toilet has not had a leak since.

Description of Work: They replaced the total "innards" of one of my toilets. The water pressure gauge was not working and I would get a horrible groaning noise anytime we used water anywhere in the house! Very annoying but the serviceman was very courteous and replaced the pump and my problem was solved! It was more expensive than I anticipated but I am pleased none-the-less.

Description of Work: I had a stopped up bathtub that was unaffected by drain cleaners or even a mini-snake that I'd purchased at a hardware store. Ryan came in, was extremely professional, explained what he was going to do and took care of it. I was so pleased by the experience, I've been recommending him and Bill Howe to all my friends!

Description of Work: We have to periodically get our condo sewer line jetted. Bill Howe plumbing was prompt and professional. We have also used them to replace a regulator for my water supply.

Description of Work: This was a job thru my ins company back in 2001 or 2. Bill Howe was sent out to fix a plumbing problem from the 2nd floor. The work was done but they talked me into an upcharge of around $400. |They convinced me to change the water pressure gauge stating the pressure was too high. There was no way for me to argue this other than the house was only a year old. Being a single woman, I know that I will always face the problem of being taken advantage of, but I do my best to prevent it. To this day I am still not happy with this incident.
