Description of Work: The payment is for 2 years preventative maintenance. The visit was for one of the update inspections including filter replacement. My technician went through the units with a detailed checklist, and left my house functioning nicely. The Howe team are always interested in taking care of their clients. They even wear shoe covers to protect the floors. Just a small thing, but it shows the respect and care Howe shows.

Description of Work: tile replacement - shower trim kit - replace 2 sink faucets. There was some confusion in the planning, but it worked out okay and it looks nice. Yes, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Provided gas to my fireplace necessitated by having to drill through the foundation from the crawl space to the exterior then into the fireplace. Expensive but fair and worth it. Great job.

A genuine nice guy who was very competent and who even cleaned up after completing the work. I couldn't be happier with the service James provided on behalf of Bill Howe Inc. I'd recommend them highly. I had used them years ago for plumbing work and was also very pleased with their service. Thumbs up!

Description of Work: It went well. Pricey but reasonable compared to other companies...super responsible. They reinforced sewer line from house to street...it was very old! Also, I had a backup problem about a year later and they came right out and fixed it with no charge!
