Description of Work: So far the cost for the Restoration and Flood Services is $2300. That work had to be done before the plumber can fix the broken pipe. There will be one more restoration cost after the pipe is fixed to replace insulation and the moisture barrier. So we are not yet at the final cost. |First the plumber came out since we thought it was a pipe issue. He could not do anything since he found a pool of water in our crawl space. He called in the Restoration and flood Services. R&FS Assessed the work and came out on Friday did their work - then the plumber came back out. The plumber found that he could not access the pipe in question do to the insulation under the pipe being soaked with drainage water. R&FS came out again - on Saturday of a holiday weekend and removed the saturated insulation as well as applying more absorbing pellets. We are now waiting for the plumber to come out and fix the broken pipe.

Description of Work: I called about A LEAKY KITCHEN FAUCET. After discussing some options, I decided to have the plumber replace the "cartridge" in the neck of the faucet. This proved inadequate; the faucet leaked from a different place. The young plumber returned and replaced the whole faucet without labor charge. A mistake was made and then corrected to my satisfaction with no fuss or feathers.

Description of Work: Rooted the house sewer line and did a camera inspection of the line. I watched the monitor as the camera went through. The plumber gave me a detailed explanation of what I was seeing. Sent me an estimate for applying a coating to the inside of the line.

Description of Work: Bill Howe had to snake the pipe from my washer connection to the street to clear any debris that was clear. My washer hose was backing up.

Description of Work: Un-Clogged kitchen drain. A little over 30 days it clogged up again. They would not come out to do it again because the 30 days had passed.

Description of Work: Used their nu-flow division to have our pipes lined after multiple slab leaks. Last year all of our pipes were stopped up because the material disintegrated and we now have to re-pipe the whole house. We had emergency re-piping done, but must have it permanently fixed.
