Description of Work: The plumbing technician who worked on my home, Miguel Rodriguez, was absolutely first rate. He was fast, efficient, did a great job, and the pricing was very fair. This is the first time I used Bill Howe Plumbing and the service they provided was head and shoulders above others I have worked with. I would highly recommend them and Miguel in particular.

Description of Work: They came out and replaced the stoppers on both her toilets and a couple weeks later they were both leaking again, she reached out to them to get them to fix the problem and they wouldn't budge on fixing it for her. She asked to speak to a supervisor and they told her that they had to speak to the supervisor themselves, after waiting around and 4-5 phone calls later, she was told that there was nothing that they could do about it unless she paid again. She isn't happy with how things were resolved.

Description of Work: Three times I have had Bill Howe Plumbing out at various times and jobs to bid job. ALWAYS the highest bid. One time this young man half my age kept winking at me and telling me he'd give me a good price. Very weird and unprofessional. THEN, his bid came in higher than anyone elses. I think his name was Sean.

Description of Work: Clogged main line. Did camera and clean out with special tool. Cost seemed high.

Description of Work: Friday evening - we returned home after a trip with company (large family affair) coming the next day and kitchen drain clogged. A local plumber never returned our call, The Bill Howe technician drove an hour in Friday evening traffic. Nothing special about the work done, but very responsive.

Description of Work: Repaired a foundation leak - arrived at our house first thing in the morn on Dec.26! Very prompt, professional, courteous, communicated well. Very pleasant experience considering the situation/holiday timing.

Description of Work: We had a blower motor fail on our HVAC unit. Bill Howe not only replaced it in a timely manner, but when it failed again because of a factory mistake, they fixed it without further charge. Our tech, Dan, did a great job.

Description of Work: Good...had an issue with a AC condensation drain they cleared a blockage and also gave me a system check.

Description of Work: Had a problem with my A/C. They fixed the compressor. Cost $900 for a capacitor and refrigerant flush. They told me the control board was working properly but a few days later it started acting up again. In summary, I felt the service was expensive.

Description of Work: My house was lacking a water pressure regulator, and the water pressure was higher than it should have been. A water pressure valve was added. Also, a flap was replaced in one of my toilets so now it is more efficient in the amount of water used. |The plumber was professional, explained what he was going to do and the cost, did the job efficiently, arrived within 15 minutes of the time frame given. All was working fine. A few days later the flap wasn't working right. They came right out to fix it- the chain had some how gotten on the wrong side, and I wasn't sure how to fix it.

Description of Work: Their plumber did a nice job leveling our toilet and fixing a minor pipe leak under the house. The pipe was somewhat difficult to get to as he had to crawl on his hands and knees to get to its location. The work done was very good. I had work done by Bill Howe before that when a pipe burst under the house. They were very responsive and did an excellent job fixing it.

Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem with the AC unit at my rental property. They attempted to located the leak but couldn't find it so assumed it was a very tiny one. Recharged the unit and it's working now.
