Description of Work: It was several months ago - do not remember the exact date. We had a problem with the drain in the kitchen sink. The tech was very professional and helpful. I would use this Company again.

Description of Work: Had them out to look at air conditioning unit and then for leaking shower. Both times the technicians arrived on time. They were professional and informative. They did not try to upsell and I believe we paid a fair price for services rendered. We will hire this company again.

Some are good, but some not so much. |

Description of Work: They removed old leaking water heater; provided us with a 20 gallon water heater while the work was being done; removed mold that had gotten into the walls; repaired the walls; rebuilt the foundation for the new water heater; installed the new water heater; worked closely with our insurance company and completed the job to our satisfaction. The only complaint we had was that it took two weeks to do everything.

The technician, David, from Bill Howe Plumbing was great: he explained what needed to be done, the estimated cost, and then carried out the work efficiently and professionally. He explained what might still occur, and how he could do follow-up service if this happened. Then he'd give options and the pricing.

Arrived late enough that local plumbing supply stores were almost all closed. Found gasket finally at Dixieline. Nice person, and knowledgeable. Just came late with wrong gasket. Description of Work: Bill Howe Plumbing provided a free in home estimate. I was very impressed with the plumber who arrived. He was on-time, professional and thorough. He identified the correct cause of the problem, which required new hardware. It was not necessary to use Bill Howe plumbing to correct the problem, but I would have used them if it did.

Description of Work: Technician Laurence arrived on time. I was running 20 minutes late and he waited patiently for my arrival. I described the problem with my air conditioner. He examined the A/C system and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had identified that the capacitor was not functioning and replaced it. Her then started the A/C system and confirmed that it was working well. He also checked refrigerant level.
