Description of Work: It may have been before 2013. We had come back from vacation and found there was a leak in the wall. My husband removed the plaster to try to work on the pipe but it was copper pipe and he wasn't able to work it himself. We called Bill Howe and they came out right away. The Plumber was very polite and friendly and did the job in no time. As you can see he didn't charge much to do the work. We did save him the trouble of taking the wall apart but he had to weld a new piece of pipe on. The costs may have gone up since then but still it was a great experience. I found they were on time, and trustworthy. We will definitely call them if we have a problem.

Description of Work: Replaced a water pressure regulator. I told the dispatcher I needed a regulator. They sent someone for an estimate. I never received a written estimate- only verbal. It took longer because it was not scheduled correctly. The end product was very good.

Description of Work: Had to come back several times after installing a tankless water heater. had to bring in an electrician (mine and they tried to hire him full time) Had a manufacturers rep come in. Installed a pressure canister upside downin the recycling heat setup. Said they would fix my water fall. Never heard back on that.

Description of Work: Charged by Angie's list and Bill Howe for the service. Attempted to get a refund from Angie's list. But Angie's list claimed they have no record of our purchase even though we sent screen shots. Now you're asking us how the service went? Good service from Bill Howe, poor service from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Dana did a comprehensive overhaul of my plumbing after a devastating flood. He found many mistakes made by previous plumbers and fixed them with top quality parts and know-how. I was very impressed with Bill Howe's professionalism as a company and Dana's skill and integrity. For the first time a plumber listened to what I wanted done and if any one of the previous had listened to me, like Dana did, I would probably not have had the flood in the first place. You might say Bill Howe is pricey, but the mistakes of other plumbers, deductibles, and the sheer inconvenience of moving out of your house after a flood completely dwarfs the cost. Buy water alarms! Replace ALL flexi-hoses!
