Description of Work: This was a while back,so few details. I remember it was a simple problem, probably replacing a garbage disposal. This company does good work but they are pricey. I can't remember the price, but for a simple job, I might use someone else. They fixed a major plumbing leak a few years back which other companies couldn't locate, so I would use them for bigger, complex jobs.

Description of Work: We had Bill Howe Plumbing, Inc. replace three toilets, a water heater and service our heater. We would call them again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleared a slow-draining bathtub and removed the old lever mechanism which tends to get gunked up - we now use a plastic stopper. The plumber also installed a new kitchen faucet which I had bought to replace an old ugly one. HE noticed that the under-sink water shuutoff valves were corroded and (for a charge) replaced them.

Description of Work: Howe Plumbing came out quickly to find then fix a high pressure leak in the hot water pipe behind the walls in our kitchen. There was minimal collateral damage to the wallboard and the leak was repaired. The plumber gave us information and advice regarding our water system to protect our pipes in the future.

Description of Work: There were two responses to do the job due to a defect in the product I purchased on my own. They came out on Jan. 7 and again the following week...I think it was Jan. 13th but not sure.

Description of Work: They have fixed a slab leak and at another time serviced furnace. Very professional and easy to work with. A little more expensive than some but worth it.

Description of Work: Called Bill Howe because of a clogged toilet in the laundry room. ( I had a houseful of house guests staying for Thanksgiving.) It turned out to be a blocked main line. YIKES! Thank goodness they came and fixed the problem before it became a house wide disaster. Thank you Bill Howe. You saved our Thanksgiving.

Description of Work: I bought a 2-year (4 visit) service contract for HVAC. They completed the maintenance and checked the system, filters, temperature gages to be sure all were operating corectly.

Description of Work: Unclogged main drain, sent camera through to determine where the problem was, jet cleaned the main drain. The technician arrived promptly for the first visit, then had to go back to the shop to get the jet cleaner machine, his return was later than I expected. But all went well.
