Description of Work: I asked the plumber to repair the shower faucet which would only foe hot water. He replaced a part but it did not fix the problem. After some looking around he said he would have to tear out the wall and look for the problem. I paid him and asked him to leave. I called a different plumber and he fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Wonderful work. We had a water main break, our neighbor came over to tell us. We called Bill Howe and they sent a wonderful tech out to repair the leak. Gorgeous work. Call them again. They will take good care of you.

Description of Work: snaked mainline 10ft., drain cleared, pulled cables out. I flushed toilets and ran water and line backed up again. They said may be obstruction to mainline. They cleaned up floor in bathroom, did not fix seal on toilet or take toilet off and snake out the lines there. Had another plumbing company Rooter Alert Wholesale Plumbing and Sewer Contr.who came over and did a camera check on the mainline and nothing was in the mainline.
