Description of Work: Top notch service with attention to the needs of family, and the house design. Visitors were to arrive when plumbing needed help suddenly. Mike Plata with excellent assistance from Victor Gonzalez moved heaven and earth to see that everything was put in order. I needed a new commode with particular size and specifications. I am bragging about my plumbing now. I know that Mike went the extra mile to overcome time and structural constraints. He also completely fixed another low-flow unit I have that I have always hated. No need to hate it now. I didn't know it could be fixed. I feel that I can trust my house to Mike and Victor with Howe. They took pride in their work and cared about me as the homeowner. Mike was also sensitive to budget issues.

Description of Work: Replaced my old broken garbage disposal with a brand new one. It is still working great. Fixed toilet flusher very satisfactorily. Replaced my old kitchen faucet & sprayer with new ones that I am very happy with. All of this work was done between Jan. 2013 & Nov. 2014.

Description of Work: October 31, 2012 | |This was not contracted through Angie's list | |Slab leak causing damage. | |Located the leak & jack-hammered a 2 foot area of the family room floor to gain access for the repair. Also removed some drywall for the repair. |They removed the carpet & other flooring material that was water damaged. |After the repair there were blower dryers placed & ran 7-24 for three days to dry the moisture. Since they are a full in house company their restoration crew replaced the dry wall and did all the floor retile work. | |The are an excellent company and you don't have to do contract work with maybe 3 - 4 different companies which might be a little cheaper but I highly doubt it.

Description of Work: He came out and re-installed a water heater because the first company installed it crooked and also cut up the wooden shelf it was on. This company came out and replaced the wooden shelf and installed the water heater correctly. They were very businesslike, they gave me a price and came out and did the work with no issues.

Description of Work: We called for a blocked sewer line. They came and said that it would cost $13,000 to repair the sewer pipe, which went out into the street, and that the city would not pay for it. I asked the to check, and they said they did. I called the city, and the city came out within hours and fixed the problem for free. We paid Bill Howe for the video they had done on the initial visit.
