Description of Work: I called Bill Howe to video the sewer pipes of the church property that I manage. They were available immediately unlike several other firms. Rudy showed up on time with a smile, performed his work well, and gave me feedback and advice as the filming went along. After he was done, we noticed that one of our toilets was stopped up, and he snaked it gratis.

Description of Work: A 10 year old main water line repair failed while we were out-of-town and discovered on our return late at night on a Saturday. Chris responded to the call promptly and we decided to start Sunday morning, still at time and a half. Christ arrived promptly and efficiently dug up the the pipe and repaired it using a relatively new brass fitting created for just our problem. Chris was professional, efficient, and helpful.
