From the time I made the call to schedule the appointment, the rep on the phone was very pleasant. I was able to get a same day visit and the plumber was very prompt, professional, and explained everything to me.

Washer discharge water was overflowing in garage. Snake was used from outside sewer access next to kitchen "Clog" did not seem to clear. Provider recommended use of a "power wash" (don't remember exact terminology) at extra cost Appeared to clear clog. Ran washer and still backed up Ran Power Wash again and washer drained ok. Sometime later (exact time not recalled) backup again occured. Called different plumber who found and fixed problem. Real clog was a corroded/broken sewer pipe in slab. I feel Bill Howe "plumbers" were not qualified and were pushing expensive services.

Went well. A little pricey for the job.

I had had my kitchen remodeled in 2006, and the sink and garbage disposer drainage system had been badly installed, with some glue joints where removable joints should have been, making it almost impossible to clear a clogged disposer. Bill Howe's man re-plumbed the whole thing beautifully, using all new parts, and observing and fixing the connection to the disposer which had been installed with the gasket on the wrong side of the flange. Since then I have had another clogged disposer (both clogs totally my fault), and it was easy to fix! I would definitely call Bill Howe next time I needed a plumber.

Replaced sink assembly, faucet with fixtures provided by Bill Howe Plumbing. (Bill included the price for these fixtures.) Bill Howe Plumbing is an excellent company. I have used them for a number of years and never had any problems. In many cases what I thought was going to be a very large job turned out to be a minor one - thanks to the expertise of their technicians. The jobs I used them for were cleaning out drains, nursing a very old hot water heater along and ultimately saving it; installing bathroom fixtures: faucets, tub, toilets, shower, etc. This company also stands behind their work. I can highly recommend them.

After calling prior to 8 am on a Sunday morning, was surprised to be able to speak to an actual person rather than have to leave a message. Was informed that they would page the plumber and he would give me a call shortly. To my surprise, I received a call from Louis only 10 minutes later. I described my issue and he gave me a window of 1.5-2 hours. He showed up at my door about 1 hour later, got to work right away and the issue was fixed in about 15 min. I would call them again the next time I have an issue...great service, follow through and at a reasonable price!

The plumbing technician Raul Miranda arrived on time was very informative about the process and costs involved! He located the slab leak in the Master bathroom and gave several options and costs involved in resolving the situation. With this information and his suggestions I decided to have Raul reroute the cold water line from the bathrooms wall manifold to the kitchen through the attic, then down the inside of the kitchen wall to the sink and dishwasher. He did this in about 5 hours. I do most of my home repairs and could have done the repair, but not the locating, however I was busy with other projects. He did a GREAT JOB!! I was very impressed with the quality and speed of his work! Bill Howe Plumbing is very fortunate to have an employee of this caliber!

Technician very professional. Came in diagnosed problem, found best method of correcting problem and corrected problem. Did not have to dig up my floor which would have been very expensive.

He did a great job and I have not had a issue since.

About 4 or 5 days after the warranty expired it stopped up again. They would NOT unstop it again with out charging us again. Hence, I'll never have them out again! They are a big company and 4 or 5 days? it would not have hurt their bank account to redo the job.

Everything went well except for one worker who made my situation worse. When he found the leak he opened the pipe that flooded my closet. Before he left, he said that I should turn a fan on because it was "a little wet". When I walked into the closet, it was sopping wet. I needed fans in for two days before it dried out and restoration to be completed. When I questioned the worker, he first indicated that the closet was already wet, but that was not true. It was bone dry. The pipe they fixed was in the closet. I felt that he lacked integrity. I did complain to Bill Howe's representative about this and they thanked me for my input. A half hour later, Bill Howe called himself to find out more. I believe he is honest and very concerned about his reputation and I told him one worker would not color my opinion of the company but recommended that this person get additional training. I felt the worker was less than honest with me. The only other thing I would have expected was since he made this more of a project than it started out to be, that I shouldn't have had to pay for the drying out portion since it wasn't wet in the first place. But time has passed and the bill is paid. Would I recommend Bill Howe in the future. Yes, definitely. One worker doesn't make a company bad.

This wasn't their best visit to my house. Didn't like the tech so much as he was a little flippant.

I found my first experience with Bill Howe Plumbing to be excellent. The folks in the office that provided me with pricing and scheduled my appointment were professional and knowledgeable. The technician (Andrew) that came to do the work was on time and also professional. He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and answered all my dumb questions. I rated the pricing as an "A", but it was difficult to compare directly the prices of the various contractors available. However, given the option of me doing the work or going to a less known source, I believe that I got an excellent product (50 Gallon Ruud Water Heater with 12 year warranty) and installation for the price I paid.

Bill Howe is always great - they come out quickly, are prompt and professional, usually even cover shoes before coming inside. Everyone is very friendly and I never feel like I'm being talked into doing something unnecessary. I signed on for a twice yearly filter change and checkup and the heating and air units, as well. I highly recommend the service!

The work was exhausting and the crew worked all day to finish the digging and line repairs. I removed and replaced the landscaping all around the dig site. My only complaint was the replaced and compacted surface dirt was really hard to work my plants back into.

Service was prompt effective and cheerfully rendered

The drains were not going down, it did not help to go through the pipe in the front yard so he went on the roof to complete the service.

Plumber arrived on time, answered all questions and resolved our plumbing issue successfully.

He arrived promptly and went the extra mile to locate an essential part. Very courteous and prossional.

Not much else to say. All went well. I will call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Plumber didn't know the brand. Didn't have the correct tools or any that fit. Had to use mine. Didn't know how to fix it. I had to figure it out and explain to him. Charged $300 to show up and do nothing.

The people from Bill Howe did not know what they were doing. The second time I had them out it was due to a leak in my garage ceiling. The guy got up on a ladder with a flashlight and basically told me he did not know what the problem was or what was causing the leak. Again, my local handyman took a look and said it was the drain on my side balcony which was backed up, we unclogged the drain and all was well. Now, really?????

EXCELLENT JOB AND VERY FAST

So far it has worked out fine. They were pretty fast, they were able to fit me in pretty quickly and they were responsive.

Good quality with reasonable price. Showed up as agreed. I have been using them and some other companies for minor plumbing issues. They seem like a better deal compared to the others.
