They are very reliable and we have always been able to get an appointment quickly and the job done without any problems. We always recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing help.

They came in a very reasonable amount of time and the entire visit was fairly quick - I think it took all of about 20 minutes total. Obviously anytime a plumber needs to be called its not cheap but they were less expensive than most of the other plumbers I called. The young man who came out was professional and clean about what he was doing. Satisfied all the way around.

Excellent overall service. I had a slab leak that had reopened after about ten years. I wasn't pressured to do a leak detection ( as it wasn't necessary) and the work went smoothly ( considering a jackhammer was required) and quickly. He gave me a fair price and I honestly can say that he went above and beyond in service. Totally professional and a nice guy. His name, I think, was Brenden. If I ever need plumbing service again, I'll call these guys

Due to a large tree with invasive roots, Bill Howe plumbers would clean out my main drain approximately every 8-10 months. The technicians were always polite, professional, and helpful. (I have not used them recently because I am having a major landscaping project done and the contractor used his own plumber to install a new main drain.)

Told us would give us copy of camera view they did. We never got it. The plug has continued to bother our pipes. (Do not remember exact date of work but it was probably four or five years ago).

The first is when I had a valve break off for the whole house water supply on a Sunday. After calling 3 different plumbing services, Bill Howe was the most reasonable and came out that afternoon and professionally handled the job. I have used them since for various services, the latest one being a new water heater.

I honestly can't recall the last time I called them, but I've used them at least the last 7 years. They did the plumbing for the dishwasher and water filtration over the years. We hired them after we were unsatisfied with the work someone else did. The price of $300 is just an estimate and exact.

Some sort of overflow mechanism could not be hooked up because of it's location. This is the only negative thing. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

Water heater in rental was from 1999, so it was on borrowed time. We were being proactive in replacing it especially since it is for an upstairs unit and in a strange location. Replaced 30 gallon water heater with a 40 gallon water heater supplied by Bill Howe. Warranty is for full 6 years. Tenant was also, concerned about diverter valve on tub downspout in Master Bath. While they were there, I had them look at it and they were able to replace BOTH tubs' downspouts with new ones for minimal additional cost. The technicians were very professional and courteous as always (I have used Bill Howe before). Cost of Water heater was $995 but there were some other materials that were required as well as the additional work inside the unit; and that is why the final total is higher.

Installed a new 50 gallon water heater and removed the old one. It was on a Sunday and I paid a premium. An excellent company with good professional service, but an expensive experience.

The replaced a shower head and did some plumbing. The price was extremely high and they kept the gold plated showerhead, which made my husband unhappy, as it could have been used again and was an expensive piece. I had it replaced because I wanted a hand held shower to aid in hair shampooing.

They replaced something in the shower tap - not a washer, the next metal thing down. The man who came was very professional, explained what he was doing, etc.

Plumber arrived at the agreed time. He cut access holes in drywall and surveyed the problem. He then removed a long bit of the offending copper pipe which displayed evidence of possible future problems. After replacing the bad pipe, he cleaned up the resulting dust and drywall bits, prepared a detailed receipt after 1.5 hours of work and was on his way. He was a very professional and courteous young man. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Hot water line works fine and I can use and enjoy my walk-in tub and shower again--- We also used this same company in 2012 to get tree roots from our sewer line -had video and clean out put in-- no problems since.

They have done work on our drains before and I have been mostly satisfied with them. This time, the technician who came out was not very good. He snaked the drains and told me they were clear but that he found roots in the drain so he could not guarantee the work and he wanted to charge an additional $300 to run a camera through the drain. I told him I did not want to do that and paid him the $200 for clearing the drains. The next day, the drains backed up and I called Bill Howe. They sent the same technician out and he told me I would have to pay another $200 for him to clear the drains. I told him I would hire a different plumber since his work was not good and I sent him on his way. The next day I called Bill Howe again and they told me that all of their work is guaranteed for 30 days and that they would send another technician to clear the drains for free. By this time both bathrooms in my house were backed up and we could not use the toilets, sinks or showers. The new technician was much more professional and he cleared the drains and found another clog further down the line that the first guy had not cleared. He also told me that we need to send the camera down the drains to see where the roots are getting in and fixing it. He then told me that the cost of the camera would be deducted from any further work we had done. I am on the fence as to whether I will use them again. They told us the same thing a few years ago about the drains on the other side of our house so I paid to have the camera procedure, but they did not find anything, so now I have a riveting DVD of my drains, but I do not know if they need any work.

Going to do a detail of my event: Today 12/17/13 I called Bill Howe's plumbing and spoke with Monte who help schedule me for service tomorrow. My husband and I are both in the military and buying a home here. It isn't cheap, so the $320 I felt was worth knowing if there was anything going on down in the drainage system BEFORE we bought it. I scheduled it for 13:00 (1:00 for you non military members!) I'll let you know it turns out from there. SEE ABOVE!! Worked well with my home inspector, Joe DeMars from HouseMaster and Nate's (the plumber) report was in my home inspection!

Cleared a blockage down near the street. Advised we get a camera down there to see if the pipes are broken. Arrived early, did good work, communicated well.

Like I said before on my email; it's been over 2 years ago == can't remember BUT I can't complain. Fast, Effective ......went smoothly. I don't remember the date or the cost. I had to put something in order to process so you need to finalize

They did very limited damage to the walls. The technicians were friendly, professional, reassuring. I am a happy camper.

Bill Howe never got back to me about replumbing my home.
