I am very satisfied with the unit they sold me.The unit they took out was 21 yrs. old.The new one keeps my house so cool now. I can't thank Matthew and Sam enough for the great job they did installing my unit.It was not an easy job.But they never gave up.

I was impressed with the plumber sent out, Brian Brandt. He was prompt, efficient, respectful and displayed honest communication from the start. He was keeping me informed each step of the way and kept me appraised of what he was doing and a timeline. He kept my cost to a minimum and he did an excellent job. I have a habit of asking a person how they like working for their employer and if the answer is positive it reflects back in the work they perform. He said he needed to go to the home store to get a piece of plywood for the floor repair. He came back quickly with what was obviously leftover wood and charged me $250 for it.

The first two men that came out told me that the leak that the Water District informed me of was NOT on my side but on the district's. When Water District came out, they proved that the problem was on my side. Because of the incompetence of the previous two Howe guys, I lost a day in getting a continual leak fixed. Bill Howe sent another gentleman out after I refused to pay "double time" because they were having to come out, once again, AFTER hours. This guy, Rick, was extremely nice and explained to me where the problem was (my side), and what needed to be done before Howe could come out and repair. The Leak Detection people came out the following day and Bill Howe person came out the next. Even though I had called Bill Howe and told them that the leak had been found, and that when their guy came out, I wanted it fixed, the guy came unprepared. Nevertheless, he went to work, jackhammered and worked his butt off repairing the leak. I will not use Bill Howe again as I thought that their first two guys should have been able to determine that the leak was, in fact, on my side. That just seemed pretty elementary and it could have saved me one more day of a really bad leak.

Technician Tris, did an outstanding job and the job was done fast and efficiently. He was also very experienced and personable which is important to me as a customer.

Some services performed were excellent. Depends on the plumber they send out and what supplies he carries in his service vehicle. It is very important to describe the service that you desire in detail. If the plumber doesn 't have exactly what you need he may improvise. This is probably commonly done in the business. If you know the parts you will need go ahead and buy and have available. Bill Howe Plumbing is well known and does have a reputable business. Also, you will pay for the full first hour whether it takes that long to do the job or not.

Everything went well. Tris fixed the leak at the water main and the kitchen faucet repair, with no apparent leakage. Everything is working great. Tris did a great job, very friendly, timely and even ran back to the office to get parts without charging me extra. Entire job was completed for just over $300 -- which was WAY better than the original $935 quoted by the other guy. Will definitely hire Bill Howe Co. for more plumbing jobs.

They are excellent. Their plumbers are well trained, and they always wear booties when they come into the house. They always have the right equipment with them and they always do a great job.

Having a kitchen sink backed up, just prior to leaving for a long weekend, is never pleasant. Fearing the worst, I called Bill Howe to see how soon I could get someone in to look at it and fix it. I called on Thursday, explained my problem and that I was hoping to leave early Friday for the weekend. The scheduler originally said between 9-12, but she was so kind and gave me the earliest they had, which was 8-11. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. On Friday, about 7:45, Scott called to say he was on his way. He showed up promptly at 8 to start work. Scott was very thorough, friendly, and also accommodating in fixing the problem. After about 2 1/2 hours, Scott finally had the clog cleared. I can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are that we called Bill Howe Plumbing. They are absolutely our go-to plumbing company!! Thank you, Scott and everyone at Bill Howe!!

Overall went very well. Bill Howe was the only plumber of 4 that I called that could come out late afternoon (as we experienced our problem around 4:00 PM). Edgar was great! He was very professional, quickly determined that we needed to replace the water heater, presented us with several options with good explanations about the pros/cons of each option. The only downside was that we had to pay overtime labor rates; we did have the choice to wait until the next morning but we decided we wanted the water heater replaced by evening. Edgar enlisted a colleague to help and ensured the replacement was completed in a timely and quality manner.
