We had this job done in 2004, therefore the approximate date would not come up. They were excellent.

They're WAY overpriced as far as I'm concerned. Highly advertised here in San Diego, CA which is probably how they get the business they do but I have a plumber here that I've been using for a couple of years now that I prefer to do business with.

They’re a standard and medium-sized contractors. We used them several times a months because they're our primary plumbing vendor. They have good prices. Their staff and their dispatch for work orders is very responsive.

Installer worked longer than estimated time at same cost to insure job was donw right.

We have used Bill Howe many times, both in our home and for properties we own. They have always done a great job for us. I called at the last minute and they were able to come out and do the job. In the past, we've had some major jobs with them costing several thousands of dollars. They were equally responsive and helpful on big and small jobs. I like that they're a bigger company, giving them flexibility in their scheduling and a high level of knowledge about insurance issues, etc., but small enough that they give you personalized service and answer questions when you call.

Technician (Matt) showed up before 11am and took care of my list of HVAC concerns regarding the house we had in escrow. Matt also inspected a hole in the ceiling in garage with his camera at my request, to inspect damage which was likely caused by a previously resolved plumbing issue. Special thanks to Matt for his thoroughness and professionalism.

I have used Bill Howe on 8 occasions since 2009 for everything from a slab leak (complete repipe) to installing a toilet. They have been professional and prompt every time. The work has been excellent.

It was mailed to me within 72 hours, they returned and installed it. Two visits and the board for $140 seemed very reasonable to me.

The task of hauling cumbersome water heaters up and down a flight of stairs was completed efficiently and the resultant debris was removed before Tapia left in the early afternoon. Another plus: he made sure I informed my immediate neighbors of the required water shut off, which was limited to three hours at most in late morning.

I found the service of the employes was satifactory, however the work was exceptional, despite the inpunctuality. The work was done in a quick manner and was in a really good condition. All previous issues no longer occured due to their work.

Always prompt, set appointment window and called to advise their timing. Knowledgeable evaluation of problem(s) advised on condition of plumbing and detailed possible future expenses based on wear, tear and life expectancy of items. They are great, I always use them.

Nex to top but decided to go a different route.

I had used them at this property and others several times, and in this case, I thought they gouged me. Furthermore, the trap in laundry started leaking, and my tenant did not report it in a timely , which caused damage to the cabinet. If they had tested/repaired it properly in the first place.... I now use another plumber.

The guy quickly identified the problem and resolved it within minutes.

It was a simple fix (cleaning debris out of the screen, in the faucet) so the repairman waived the after hour/weekend fee. That was very nice of him.

The office was great in getting someone out in a few hours. It took him very little time to unplug the toilet. I would use them again.

Beyond professional, immaculate, punctual, friendly and honest. Highers professional sub-contractors with same standards. Pricing not the lowest or highest. Worth every dollar spent

As always, service was prompt, thorough, tidy. Used them in the past and will use them in the future.

replaced a cracked flange under the kitchen sink. Went smoothly, especially with Luis Sepulveda doing the work.

The guy from SDGE who came to light the heater said that the thermostat was fine.

My kitchen faucet needed replacing and the plumber was able to go out and choose the most perfect faucet for my kitchen and installed it. (He brought two in so I could make the final choice.) He did an excellent job with the installation and in fixing miscellaneous needs in our bathrooms. We were pleased with the work and will call Howe again. We have used them in past years and always have been satisfied.

The plumber who arrived was very pleasant and helpful. He had a very difficult space to work in and was very good-natured about it. I would definitely call them again.

I got home from a few errands and was trying to clean up before my wife got home. Wire ties, screws, water under the sink, all sorts of trials. I still don't understand why it took them so long. I worked as hard as they did. And then they left a mess behind. You just don't want me to write a review on Angie's List about this. You just don't. They never made it correct. I had a wonderful time with a prior employer good, and such a fine person to work with, I never expected such a trial with Bill Howe. I did think this was the best way to go. Whew, boy, was I wrong!
