I was very happy with the company's quick scheduling and the call before arrival to let us know he was on the way.

Bill Howe Plumbing & AC took out the old unit and disposed of it. They installed the new energy efficient unit in a timely manner. They did return once to tweak the timing/delay of the heater coming on.

Work was done for price quote/estimate, not time and materials per company policy. All workmen were punctual and professional over the two days required for completion. When completed, the affected walls were as new. 6 months later, no defects or problems have occurred. My only reservation is that others in my building have had similar repairs for up to 20% less cost. Whether or not they remain satisfied after several months I cannot say. I think I would bargain harder if I decided to use Bill Howe Plumbing again.

From start to finish, Ryan did an outstanding job! I couldn't be happier. After being told by other providers that "it couldn't be done," Ryan got it done in less than two hours. I can't say how pleased I am with his professionalism and "make it happen" attitude. He and his helper (also named Ryan :) changed out a frozen valve/supply line which previous workers had said was "unfixable." He then installed a Toto brand toilet at a very competitive price (I had been pricing them for a while online.) I love the new toilet and am so glad I have the use of my bathroom back again. I would highly recommend Bill Howe plumbing to anyone who wants it done right!

Bill Howe was very punctual. They did everything on time and it all seems to work. They seem very reliable and were cheaper than the others.

I have used Bill Howe Plumbing once before and while they may not be the cheapest out there, they were awesome each time. I called Wed evening and there were plenty of appointments available for the very next day. Julio arrived in the scheduled time frame and was extremely courteous and professional. He took time to answer all my questions about the work that was done, as well as a few others about some other plumbing issues. The work seems top notch and clean. Will be using them again.

Bill Howe Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time, performed the work, and cleaned up. I am very pleased with their work. They also snaked the local drain getting out a wad of hair.

It was very nice and they did a good job. They came at the time that they said they would, they came right away and he was identified by a company shirt which I like it. He was a courteous young man and he knows what he was doing. He didn't ill the tank the first time and that's the thing. The quality was fine and they did okay. They even asked me if they have to do anything else.

We've used Bill Howe for plumbing in the past and have always received good service. So when the A/C didn't work, we set up an appointment to diagnose and repair A/C - as soon as possible - due to the high heat. All of the folks involved were polite, expedient and most helpful in explaining what to expect. We were given a window for service and especially like the 30-min call in advance of arrival. Eric Sanchez did the trouble-shooting and quickly diagnosed the problem - it was the thermostat! He offered to replace it and stated we could also do it ourselves for less. NO PRESSURE at all! It was a resonable cost to us for him to install it so we went with it. He gave us tips on things to check should we encounter certain conditions. After I asked, he suggested a yearly maintenance program that we could check out, further explaining that the free SDGE check-ups are limited. The Carrier units are now over a dozen years old so maintenance is important and will hopefully prevent last minute repairs. We appreciate the service we received from Amber, Julie, Isaiah, especially Eric.

The new refrigerator did not require a water connection, since it does not make have an automatic icemaker. Therefore the plumber from Howe disconnected the old refrigerator water connection which broke. He then sealed the connection at the wall with a copper cap. The job was done well, quickly and with no water mess. Bill Howe Plumbing has a catchy motto which is "We know Howe". They certainly proved that on this job.

I submitted a service request online saying I probably needed to have my kitchen sink snaked. Got an out of office auto responder at first, but still received a call about 30 min later to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for the next day with a window from 11-2. The lady on the phone was very nice and said she would call when the plumber was on his way. I received a call the next morning at 10 saying the plumber was on his way over. Christian showed up about 10:30, was super nice, I told him about the problem and he got to work right away. He used a shop vac to remove the excess water from the sink before undoing the pipes. He snaked the drain for about 30 ft and then ran the water for a while to make sure it was working properly. Answered all my questions, and only charged the $96. Never once tried to up sell me or anything. The service comes with a 30 day guarantee. I will definitely call Bill Howe again with any future needs.

The work was completed in the timeframe quoted and the workers were clean. While doing the repair, they broke the lid to one of my toilet tanks and a vase on the wall. The plumber was quick to discount for the vase and since the toilet lid was one that could not be bought on its own, he went to home depot and bought and entirely new toilet. While repair work is never fun, they did the job well and I felt as thought I was fairly treated.

They were excellent. They came and cleaned up after. It was great. They were very, very knowledgeable. They gave us two options and explained out all the cost and what we opted for, they were able to get it that day. It was very reasonable price for what they did and how they did it.

Called them up, got it scheduled. The tech showed up on time and got to work right away. He was a real pro, as our furnace is old. I was watching him work, he explained what was wrong and how the systems and controls on my old furnace differ from new units. I like that technical info, and I was happy he shared as opposed to being annoyed that the 'homeowner' was looking over his shoulder. I will definitely call them in the future.

45 minute job. $37 parts - $130 labor

Found no leaks or cracks, etc. Did not charge me. The plumber was very thorough, courteous, and professional. Explained what he was doing, and what he was finding with the video camera unit. The drain line was clearly intact.

Good job, use them again if service is needed.

The repair was very quick (less than 1h) . |The repair person arrived at the promised time, within two hours of the initial call (non-emergency repair). We were very satisfied and do recommend them.

Found their prices were high. Toilet came loose from floor after their 2yr installation, and was leaking, had different plumbing company re-set the toilet. Would not recommend.

The next problem of this nature, I had I got one of your reps, and he was even better because he went beyond the surface level of the problem.
