I placed an order, by phone, talking to a sales representative. I was told to expect the merchandise after the first of the year because of weather and holiday issues. I got a confirmation email for the sale. Less than 15 minutes later, I got an email saying the item was back ordered. I immediately called customer service and they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I got my merchandise. I asked them why I wasn't told it had to be back ordered I was told that since I ordered it off of the web page in their online store there was no way they could tell me. I told them I spoke to an individual, Jesse Glancy, to place the order and that their online store showed they had 12 of the item in stock. I was told that they were having trouble updating their web pages as they were busy. I canceled the order and then asked to speak to the head of customer service. I was apologized to and told about the problem with the web page and I told them I had been checking the page for two weeks and it showed the same information for all of that time. I asked why I could not have been told about the back order when I was making the order and I could not get an answer. I write this hoping to prevent others that might come across this company from using this company or at least be aware they do not seem to have much communication going on in the sales department.
