 + -1 moreThey were very punctual. Understood my issues with the computer and solved them. Technician Ben Lee was courteous and kept me inform of what he was doing and by the number of screens he cycled through, you could tell he really knew the Windows operating system. The task wasn't easy.
Description of Work: Remove malicious Screen Connect session. Clean pc of malware infiltration and remove pop ups.
