THE COUPON WAS FOR DECK RESTORATION. I AM NOT IN FINANCIAL POSITION TO HAVE THE DECK COMPLETELY REDONE. WHEN I AM ....WHICH PROBABLY WILL BE IN A COUPLE YEARS. Description of Work: From the first call to Best-Rate until the completion of the job, these folks were efficient and polite. The carpenter doing the wood rot replacement is truly a master of his trade. I couldn't have asked for better workmanship.

Description of Work: My wood and glass sunroom really needed to be completely replaced. The wood was rotten and crumbling, and the thin glass windows and ceiling were easily cracked, which created a danger. Scott and Danny were the expert builders who completely demolished the old sunroom. Then, starting from scratch, they worked efficiently and skillfully to rebuild and paint the entire frame. They replaced all the windows with tempered safety glass and installed Plexi-glass into the ceiling. New hardware was provided and fitted on the door. I really liked the fact that Danny and Scott worked so quickly - the entire project took about 10 days. I now have a brand new, modern, attractive sunroom which really has upgraded my house. I was very happy with my service from Best Rate.

Description of Work: I had Mike come out from Best-Rate Repair to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He sent me an estimate/quote via email like he said he would within 24 hours. I could not use his services because I have to use the company that did the original repairs when the house was in escrow. There is a warranty for the house that requires me to use this other company. If I could use Best-Rate I would. I was happy with the estimate and advice I had from them.

I left a message regarding that, and they returned promptly and improved it well. I would recommend this company to others, and would use them for similar repair work in the future.

He quickly replaced the damaged wood and touched up the area with the paint I provided to match the house. He worked efficiently and took far less than the estimated time to complete the work.

Description of Work: I bought a 4 hours of "wood rot" restoration pkg on Angies list. The provider got back with me an he completed an estimate. I later called back and scheduled the work. After they began working on replacing the rotted facia board the installer said it would cost an extra $250 to do the repair correctly. I thought this should have been included in the original estimate. They completed other work, replacing rotted plywood on my patio cover very well. Other work could not be completed because the wood was so rotted it would have been pointless to repair it.

Description of Work: Installed handles on patio screen and door,redid all window and patio door screens,replaced back door motion sensor light , installed door jam on front door and fixed a small hole in the wall caused by a broken door jam. Did a fine job although it took him about 7-8 hours to do the job which I thought included the time he left his house. ( not sure about date)

Description of Work: He replaced the outside trim around the side door on my garage touched up the stucco around the door and painted the frame and since he still had some time on the special he repaired two spots near the door were the stucco was missing.
