They gave me a wonderful price on the work that was better than the deal purchased. They were amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The minor damage of #1 became a remove and replace 6 feet of 2X8 fascia. Fees in excess of Anglie's List $99.00: materials $73.21 + cartage $10.98 (15%); excess labor costs $145.50 (90 minutes).

He came out and looked at everything, and he told me that it was something I should be able to do myself. I have no interest in going on the roof, and he told me that his guys have to stay on the ladder and can't go on the roof. It seemed a little whacked. Then he told me he wasn't making any money off of it anyway, so I told him goodbye.

We were pleased that Don from Best-Rate identified when replacement was necessary versus when less-expensive repairs could be performed. Our crew arrived each day on time, was courteous and pleasant. They completed exterior repairs in the planned 3 days, taking care to minimize damage to our plants and protect yard furniture. Each day they tidied up, and did an expert job at the end. We would definitely have them again!

The two person crew from Best-Rate Repair arrived exactly on time. They did an outstanding job. My wife and I were very happy with their work. Their attitude and work ethic speaks very well for Best Rate Repair Company, Inc. I would highly recommend them to other Angie List customers. I did receive a 10% discount because I mentioned that I was an Angie's List customer.

The contractor, John, was very friendly. They were very easy to get along with. He has good ideas. John had come up with a better idea with the deck railing that’s why we went with him. The quality was good.

I called Best-Rate to help when I got in over my head on a home repair. John arrived on schedule, and quickly set my mind at ease about the job. John and I decided to walk the property to look for other damage, and found significant other damage around the roof, including fascia, wood trim, and roof-support beam protruding from the house. John put together a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the work to start the following week. The repair team arrived around 7:30 every morning for 4 days. The crew was very friendly, and met with me each day to walk me through their progress. At the end of every day, the team clean-ed up nicely, covered their materials, and left my home sealed up from any overnight weather. As expected, they encountered some additional wood rot once they had things taken apart, and John called me to walk through the options. Overall, my wife and I agree that Best-Rate did a very nice job, including painting to match. My neighbors were also quite impressed, and grabbed contact info for their own future repairs. I will certainly call John and Best-Rate when I need help in the future, and will absolutely recommend Best-Rate to my friends and family.

It was fine. They were able to come out right away and worked around our schedule. Their pricing was good as I recall.

We're very happy with the quality of work we received from Best Rate. Don came a couple days ago to give us a quote. He was on time, and did a very thorough job inspecting the areas needing work. They called us the next day and said they had a cancellation, and got us on the books. Robert and Josh were the guys who came out to actually do the work. They were very punctual -- they said they'd be here at 8:00 a.m., and their trucks pulled into our driveway at 7:59. They have been professional and upbeat while working, and have taken the time to make sure everything was done well. I feel like they went above and beyond our expectations.

Very conscious of restoring the premises. Good quality product. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly.

They did a good job. They were very late (Not late in the day, but many days after they were originally scheduled.) showing up, but we didn't care. There was a holiday, and I think nothing of it. I certainly got my money's worth, with what they did. It was $99.00, and for three hours of labor, that's a bargain.

The boss was efficient and the crew timely. Although I spent much more than I expected, I feel as if I got my money's worth. The only reason they got marked down a bit is that they dont take credit card payments.

It went very well. Workman was very courteous and helpful. He helped me and my husband make decisions about future prevention. Took the time to look for any further damage that might be on a watch list.

Richard did a fantastic job fixing the problem and it now looks and functions perfectly. He does great work really quickly. This is a great company. I've had two great experiences with them so far.

We have used this company many times not just for termites. They have always been on time, fair estimates and great follow up. Their estimator John Brown always explains the problems and offers solutions while keeping the price within reason. We will use them again for any home repairs not just termites We have also used them when in need of a handyman.

I did not use them. He came up to give me a quote for approximately a 2x3 foot repair. He quoted met $194 dollars over the the price of the coupon for $149 charging me more than a local business. I feel the time was over estimated and personally feel this is a scam...with an Angie's List coupon I expected to get a deal but apparently not! I would like my money back for the coupon I purchased since he is the only one from the coupon I can deal with.

Never got back to me with a proposal.

The guy who came out to do the work was unprepared. He did not have the materials he needed and said he was not told what exactly was to be done at my home. He spent 3.5- 4 hours doing the ceiling, he dragged it out a little bit, but I didn't mind as long as the ceiling was fixed. The workmanship was lousy, I could have done a better job myself. The worker that was out here said "if you're not happy with it tell John". It was a complete waste of $149.00.

The work looks good and appears that everything went perfectly.

This was an Angie's list deal, which I took advantage of after waiting 1 1/2 years for the HOA to take care of what was actually its responsibility (the deck is located outside the walls of the individual unit and according to the CC&Rs should be its "jurisdiction"). The work was originally put off for a week (after I had emailed the night before the original day to confirm and was told at 6pm it wouldn't take place till the following week - no one would have notified me if I hadn't sent that confirmation email). However, the team arrived promptly the morning of the following week. The power wash took about 20 minutes after the hose had been hooked up. I appreciate that the team would NOT go through my condo with the hose even though the kitchen sink was the obvious hook-up. Unfortunately, the next day I wasn't home for the resealing of the deck because I would have asked for a more homogenous coat (as it is, there are obviously patches of where the seal is more textured). All in all, it turned out looking fresh and covering the worst cracks. I am happy with the outcome.

It went fairly well. They did good work once we got everything ironed out. The work was slightly delayed though just due to it not being completely seamless in ironing out the initial details. The biggest issue was that the person who did the estimate kind of oversaw the operation. He didn't really seem to listen to my needs at first and wanted to do things "his way". The work they did was fine although there was an issue with matching my siding. The estimator seemed to just kind of throw a number out for the materials without doing his research. I insisted on buying the materials because I knew where to buy them (to match) and had them pick them up which they agreed to. They were fair in taking the material fees off the estimate.

While we did not go with his bid, I was impressed by his thoughtfulness and business model. I won't hesitate to call him again.

It took a few extra days for the estimator to contact me to schedule an appointment. The repair contractor did a great job. Was punctual, explained the process thru each step. Completed the job on time.

We have needed to replaced some damaged fascia on our house for some time. We found BEST-RATE ON Angie's List and decided to go with them based upon their ratings. We have had bad experiences with contractors in the past so are always a bit wary no matter what others may say. But in this case, the company definitely deserves an "A" rating. Even with a good company, crews can be subpar. However, Sergio and Lupe were excellent! Their work was very well done. They really cared about how they were doing the work. Sergio was very happy to show us what was being done and why they were doing it. There was a little misunderstanding about how one section was to be fixed, but Sergio was very professional about addressing the issue and Don Scouten, our estimator, worked with us to resolve the situation in a very amicable fashion. I appreciated both Don's and Sergio's willingness to help. Overall, Sergio and Don went out of their way to always do the right thing when completing the job. I would definitely use them again!

We were scheduled to start on a Monday but there was a fellow out sick so things got started a day late, but Don put extra people on the job and we finished with plenty of time to spare for the re inspection. I can add that not only did we pass re inspection with flying colors, my agents, who see a lot of this, were just as impressed as I was. This was not the cheapest option, but the work got done on time in a first-rate way.
