+ -1 moreI called Sean and asked him how quickly he could get an inspection done on the house I had an offer in on. He got back to me within the hour and told me he could fit me in that afternoon. I was very pleased with his punctuality and his price. He charged me $400 dollars for both a home and pool inspection. Quotes to bring in an outside pool inspector and have a home inspection done were around $600 dollars for other companies. Sean completed his inspection within 2 hours - he was slowed down by pool contractors that had broken the sprinkler system. His report was very professional with pictures and all, and was e-mailed to me in 24 hours. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Description of Work: Sean and his assistant Chris performed a throrough home and pool inspection. After the inspection, a report was delivered within 24 hours.
