+ 1 moreSam and his crew spent several days prepping including power wash, sanding, some stripping, and patching. He is EPA certified which is a huge deal for folks with older Craftsman homes. Prep went a couple of days extra but well worth it as the painting is always the easy part. I also had him paint the bathroom while they were waiting for the first exterior coat to dry. Great communication throughout the job, his crew was great & polite as well as good with my girlfriend's dog, and the price was great even with using Dunn Edwards which goes for a bit more than many standard brands. The price was very reasonable compared to other bids and he submits receipts of all expenses which is a huge plus. Would happily recommend him.
Description of Work: Sam and his crew painted a 748 ft small craftsman home, small front porch, and detached garage including base and trim. Ton of prep work as well including power washing, sanding, and patching where needed as well as small repairs and clean up.
