I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough! We wanted to completely modernize our very outdated staircase and Chris was instrumental in making that happen...better than we imagined! He was extremely responsive to our many questions throughout the process and has the patience of a saint. He is passionate about his work and it clearly shows. We couldn't be happier!

What a wonderful experience after several fails by others. Chris and his team were professional, prompt, efficient and obviously skilled at this fairly complicated deck project. They were able to correct the previous contractor's errors seemlessly. I'll try to post a picture to show the beautiful craftsmanship. This deck is a work of art where we spend most of our time now. Best feature of the house. Give them a shout. You will not regret it.

I am extremely happy with the final result. The deck is beautiful and well-built. However, it took a long time to complete, because it was mostly built by one highly skilled carpenter.

They did a good job, and we will use them again! This was our first experience with Bespoke Remodeling Inc and they did a good job for us! The Owner, Chris Lynch is a real stand-up guy, and when he talked about the job and the pricing, he immediately looked for ways to enhance, streamline, and save us money on rebuilding the deck off the back of our home. His workers were prompt, polite and professional. They had a schedule for the project and they stuck to the schedule as much as they could and because of that they got the project done on time. They were also intent on making sure that everything was the way we wanted it. They did a good job, and we will use them again! Sharen

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job tearing down our rotting, wood patio cover and doing a great job building a new one. The were here everyday, finished the project in the time they quoted, and cleaned-up the debris every day. The yard was spotless! We are very happy with quality of work and would use them again!

Chris and Bespoke Remodelling are fantastic. I hate going through the entire process of vetting contractors and getting quotes. I think most people do. We already received a few quotes for our project but wanted to get one more. It was on a whim that I decided to put my information into Home Adviser to just SEE what would happen. Bespoke was the first reply I got back. I accepted the reply and Chris called me later that same day. I had a ton of questions (based on the last two quotes I got) and he was extremely patient and thorough. He even provided additional information about other decking options that I never considered previously. He knew the exact color palette I was looking for and said he would be by in the morning with samples. Chris showed up the next morning ON TIME with several samples to look at. He took measurements, talked us through his process regarding our project and once again answered each and every question without hesitation. He is super polite and easy to talk to. He said he would provide us with a written quote later that day. Chris came through with his quote like he said. It was right in the ballpark of what we expected it would be and after very little deliberation we made the decision that night to give him the job. He told us he could fit us in the next week and that it would take about 3 days. Once again Chris came through. He ordered the materials and showed up the next week. His crew were fantastic and they completed the deck when they said they would. They never left a mess when they left each day. The entire experience from beginning to end was so easy and stress free. He is someone we will definitely be calling back for other jobs we have later on. We will happily recommend him to anyone that is looking for a contractor in his line of work. Our deck is beautiful and really changed the space into something we can use. Anyone considering Chris and his team for a job should really give him the chance. Out of all the contractors we have worked with he is at the top. He is the exception to the rule. He keeps his word and does remarkable work. I cannot praise him enough or thank him enough for giving us a little piece of outdoor paradise. Oh and one other note. We believe in YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. One of the quotes we got was significantly less, however we saw this contractors work in person and understood why it was so much less. It looked liked a DIY job. If you want quality work that is beautiful then Chris is your guy. If you want a project that is JUST OK then go elsewhere or try it yourself. But call Chris after that to fix it and have it done right.

Failed to perform. Asked and demanded money back. Money has not been returned. Had to hire another contractor. Chris makes excuses about a refund and no longer hear from him. He is very deceptive.

Chris was timely and did a great job on rebuilding our upstairs deck. His pricing was reasonable and met our needs. We would recommend him for any Home rebuilds or remodels.

*** Alert Warning March 2018*** We have just had a very painful and stressful contractor experience with "Bespoke Remodel" ($30K decking, rail fencing, porch roof project gone wrong) resulting in having to move them off the job after almost 3 months of grueling drag-out of incomplete and shoddy and shocking workmanship which involved usage of cheap imperfect wood materials. We originally selected Bespoke because of the 5 star rating on this site, but have marked them opposite end of the scale to our disappointment. A full refund has been demanded on monies paid and a very detailed complaint showing many images has been filed with Home Advisor (for starters) as we work out how to recover from this mess and if its a complete tear down and rebuild. Independent contractors are still evaluating to advise on next steps. We are encouraging Home advisor to send an independent person to visit our work project and witness. *** Issues relate to: - violating construction to code matters for 2 level decks - various including vertical support structures not anchored to cement footings - basic carpentry: very poor wood cuts and poor joins in an extended outdoor living area area - definitely "not Bespoke" workmanship - For glass pane fence and railing surround at least 3 of the glass panes do not fit correctly with gaping gaps, with one of the frames having a vertical post missing leaving a 6 inch vertical gap - Glass panes inserted with no silicone, with glass panes loose in the frames and allowing rain to enter areas to rot. - lowest grade wood non composite) used- some of which looks like seconds / imperfect wood, giving a sub par/ cheap look finishing - inconsistent cheap wood finishes ( rough -v- smooth) were used in the window panel surrounds with poor finish looks - inadequate vertical support posts holding the glass frames, either not functional and/or inserted into the soil without cement/rot protection and would fail within a couple of years - significant amounts of lumber raw wood structures were not properly undercoated adding to wood rot risk. -damaged new deck composite decking was filled in with plaster and painted to cover up some work damage now washing off with rain -composite decking very springy and not properly clipped and fastened in several places when installed -many gaps still in the side of the house side wood cladding where deck joins side go house - deck railings paintwork already starting to peel - deck railings wood starting to show huge cracks in the wood - Bespoke backed out late on in the project in attempting to repair the Front porch, which was in the original bid and quote, and saying it was more complicated than planned - Resource: originally promised total project would be completed in 1 month but after almost 3 months still not finished. Very rarely were there more than 1- 2 workers a day and after 4 weeks attendances were erratic and at couple of days per week. They were clearly stretched with

Very professional, reliable. Chris was called for emergency work on a stair removal, repair and re-installation of stair. He is immediately responsive to phone calls and questions. Great time management on his part and with his work - always showed up on the scheduled time. The quality of his work was outstanding and he gave great attention to detail. He collaborated with another company's installer ( who was in the house working on a separate project } and give that person quick good instruction on better carpentry strategies. He demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable about carpentry and has superior skill that resulted in our complete satisfaction with the stair, banister and supports. Organized and left the area where the work was done spotless. I feel very confident in recommending Chris and his company, Bespoke, to others. Would definitely hire him back for other projects.

This company was great to work with they repaired our deck and did an excellent job, very pleased. Chris and his team are very easy to work with and respectful in the sense they cleaned up after themselves after each workday. I would highly recommend them and use them again for future projects.

Chris showed up on his scheduled date with one helper & both worked through their lunch time to complete the job in one day. In addition to the beam, Chris also replaced two 6"x 6" Angle supports for one of the 6"x 6" Post. The beam Chris replaced was 6"x 12"x 12'. Any future work of like kind, I will use him again.

Chris responded promptly to our request for a quote. The work involved repairing an exterior wall which had been hit by a car. Our large picture window was bowed in, dry wall cracked, and support beam displaced. The repair work was performed within the anticipated time frame. It was done professionally and as was spelled out in the estimate. The coordination between Bespoke and the window installer was seamless. Additionally, Chris voluntarily did minor repairs on our window eaves.

I was able to schedule a closet install, and exterior door replacement within a few days. All work was finished in two days. Chris was on time both days even arriving a few minutes early!
