Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this real estate agency and in particular the broker of record (Dean Stalter) and the agent (Eugenia Garcia). Here is the reason for the poor rating and all are true facts and directed towards Eugenia Garcia: She had 4 months to sell the property and we had Zero offers or real interest and very poor traffic. She took the home off the market in late December and it currently is not listed. When we informed her of our decision to want to change agents she said she would not cancel our contract unless we paid her 25% of the new listing agents commission. We ultimately agreed to do that as we needed our house back on the market and we voiced our displeasure about the whole experience. She then backed out on the deal and said we also needed to sign a non disclosure agreement. She did not want us to be allowed to write reviews or tell others about the poor experience. Our house sits off the market and we feel like we are being held hostage (that is our opinion). The facts are real. No ability to generate a single offer in 4 months or traffic. Wanted payment to get us out of contract as well as the ability to control negative reviews on her performance. Clearly we did not go for either. I offered to pay her for her hard costs and soft costs as well but she refused. Be careful of doing business with this realtor or her agency as they have poor practices based on the above. To try and get paid a fee for cancelling the contract is one thing, but to try and control negative feedback and reviews in the market place is just not fair practice and ethical in my opinion.

I use her because she helped my friend sell her old house and buy her new house. I feel comfortable with her. She gives a lot of good advice and she knows a lot of contractors and people like that.
