Ben lira runs a small operation with his son also called Ben and another person called Abi. I couldn't be more pleased with his solution that involved demolition of an uneven floor ( due to additions) after we removed the carpets and working with me to use the prefinished hardwood I provided. The price was much more reasonable than a couple other bids I got. He was able to install 840 square ft (3 rooms), and repair damaged hardwood in 2 other rooms with a quick start and working in between other projects so we could move in before other bidders were able to start. Everybody was pleasant, and delight to work with. I recommend him with no reservation what so ever.

Excellent meeting with Mr Lira! It looked at my floors, pointed out nailheads that are visible, and assured me I would not be happy with refinishing. Floor is too old to repair. How many technicians would tell you the truth and not take your money? A very kind and respectful man, and I’ve seen his work, which is beautiful!

I had received bids from 5-6 different companies. Mr. Lira’s bid was a lot better than the others. Also, the work he did was impeccable. I watched him do some work. Later, I had him come back out and do a place that he could not do the first time because there was construction happening at that time. He was worried about measurements, in terms of how things were and where they were; etc. He really paid attention to detail. He was a terrific guy and he did a terrific job.
