Customers should be aware that the salesman will promise that the delivery men are willing to set up your new bed, take down the old, set it up in a different room...etc. The salesman will promise the moon. The deliverymen will do nothing other than get the mattress in your room. We had to send the mattress back on the truck because we had not disassembled the old bed and had no room for the new one. Very frustrating.
Description of Work: Purchased a mattress and box springs.
