+ -1 moreRented office space from Banker's Hill for 5 years. During this period the building was poorly maintained. The bathrooms were dirty and not supplied. The parking garage was littered and the floor was slippery with oil. The elevator was broken the entire time I rented office space. The building in not ADA compliant the landlord refused to do upgrades. Upon moving out the landlord came up with a bogus list of damgaes. We had painted one office and were charged to have it painted back to the orginal color. We were charged for every pin hole in the walls where pictures were hung. A horrbile building managed by a horrible person.
