Description of Work: He broke and removed existing sidewalk and grated down existing yard and hauled away debris.

+ -1 moreFirst, I don't know why he couldn't call to tell me he couldn't make it if he was "waiting for the police to show up." Second, he never called me back to reschedule. Tomorrow will be a week.
Description of Work: We had an appointment on 10-12-15. He still hadn't shown up 15 minutes past agreed upon time, so I called him. He said he was waiting for the police to show up because he had his vehicle broken into that morning and wouldn't be able to make it that day. He said he would call the next morning to reschedule.
