Aztec's technician John responded to my initial call to their office staff in less than 5 minutes, and came out for the service in less than 24 hours. I thought this was quite prompt for a non-emergency situation, and they worked around my schedule. John diagnosed and remedied the problem in about an hour, exactly as he had estimated in our initial phone conversation. He also proposed the most reasonable and economical solution. Along with his skill, John was quite personable and funny. I would definitely use this company again.

Their service is great. They charge 19.99 a month for regular security systems for all the windows and doors and motion detector and fire.

So far so it has been working out just fine. I actually like them so much better than the previous company I worked with and the representative that came to my home was great.

I have been using them off and on for 15 years. Our contract was sold twice to Protection One Alarm company which gives horrible service (more under their name). Got back to Aztec Security about 2 years ago. They are less expensive then most of the others, paying 19.95 for the same service I was suppose to be receiving from Protection One. They monitor my alarm! That seems logical but I found out Protection One was not monitoring my alarm for over a year, even though I was paying them 26.95 a month. When we have a false alarm Aztec Security calls within seconds to confirm what is going on. I was able to switch services with a phone call because I confirmed with Aztec Security my equipment was updated. No fees to switch.

When my alarm started going off I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I got Aztec Security's number from Angies List and called. The gentleman (I couldn't hear his name) who answered walked me through the process of disarming the alarm. Aztec was so professional and helpful. I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge. I just couldn't believe it as he spent quite a few minutes on the phone with me and with the blaring alarm going we nearly had to scream at each other to hear. Thank you, Aztec. Your great!

They installed all new equipment and did a very good job. They also gave me a neck alert (a necklace with a button that I can press in case of an emergency) as I am a senior and constantly on oxygen. The added alert is very comforting.

THEY WERE QUICK TO REPAIR ANY FAULTY CONTACTS ON THE WINDOWS AND WERE AVAILABLE TO WORK WITH THE WINDOW INSTALLERS ONCE THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED. IT IS FRUSTRATING TRYING TO REACH THEM IN ANY NON-EMERGENCY SITUATION. THEIR ALARM RESPONSE TIME IS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER.
