We established our family business in 2009, with over 10 years of experience in car detailing back in Europe. We brought all our passion, experience, knowledge, efforts and love to US. I found a deal for a detail with a couple of the exterior services I wanted and easily booked an appointment for the next day. Sergey let me know that it would probably rain that day and with no hassle helped me reschedule. Very thoughtful. He answered all of my questions before and after. Was VERY communicative throughout the process, very professional, really seems like he loves what he does, is eager to please. He came early in the morning to work on my car. I have a wheelchair lift on my car and he even wiped that down for me! Totally didn't ask for it but it was much appreciated. He made sure I was happy before he let me pay anything. His story and character are cherries on top of his wonderful service and consideration to the environment.
