Description of Work: I have had several furnaces installed by ASI (different houses). Everything has gone well. Professional crew. Today was a warranty repair that replaced a part that was experiencing high failure rates. I appreciate fixing a problem before I know it is a problem.

Description of Work: Needed heater work, bad fan. ASI got there on time but had to order part and pick up which cost us several days even though the part was in Riverside. Price was good and work once started was very quick and clean. Good work.

Description of Work: Jeff C was our repairman. He came promptly to evaluate our home heater, was knowledgable clean and curteous. As we feared, the unit was beyond repair. There was a cracked heat exchanger and the unit if used could have exposed our home's inhabitants to carbon monoxide, and the unit qas quarantined. Jeff contacted ASI. so we could select a new model heater, and Jeff pre-arranged for its installation within 24hrs! As both my husband and I work outside the home, we remain very grateful for his foresight in this matter. Jeff went above and beyond and rates an A++ from us..

Description of Work: I purchased the inital service from Angie's List because ASI had done some work for us previously and we were very pleased with their work. The service I purchased from Angie's List was for AC tune up was for $87 and due to their recommendations we had some additional work performed.

Description of Work: Mike Reif with ASI was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my AC unit and my system in my home in a whole. He performed his job in a clean, orderly and expert manner. I would definitely use this company again

Description of Work: Performed critical repairs on 27 year old unit. Had parts for repairs in his truck, saving time by not having to return to shop for parts. My only negative comment is in regard to the original price of purchase from Angie's List, done through PayPal. When I called ASI to make appointment, I told sales person I had Angie's List coupon for service. A day after the repairs, I was going over the work order and bill, and discovered I had been charged again for the service tune up....the same amount already paid. I did call ASI office to explain that I had been charged twice for service, sent them copies of my Angie's List Coupon, was told it "would be taken care of", but it wasn't. Aside from this one thing, I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: A/C wasn't working and I was afraid I needed a new unit. ASI was able to schedule a technician for the next day, so asked that they also look at my furnace. Joe Arrived on time and was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely recommend ASI.

Description of Work: Luke performed the annual service maintenance on my central air system. He was very punctual & professional. He showed me some areas in which I can improve efficiency & he very tactfully pointed out that I had accidentally turned the electronic air cleaner off - yikes.I will continue to recommend ASI Heating and Air. Two of my friends have installed complete new systems with ASI in the past few years. I will definitely request Luke when I have my next service call. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable and an asset to his company.

Description of Work: He replaced a 10 inch damper valve in a duct line.He replaced a 30 amp contactor.He identified and repaired a disconnected duct line.He performed an A/C tune-up and made arrangements for routine maintenance.He completed the task in one afternoon and had to pick-up a part in a neighboring town as well.He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Description of Work: I have used ASI Hastings Heating and Air Conditioning for air duct cleaning in the past. They’ve done a lot of work for us in air duct cleaning and furnace maintenance. They did an energy audit about two weeks ago that cost $49. Now they are going to completely replace the insulation and re-duct our home per the energy audit. We can’t wait for them to get started because of the previous experience we’ve had. They’re coming in next week for the four day job.

Description of Work: We have a service contract, but had to call them same day to cancel when we had an emergency at my mother's house in Ramona. They were already on their way, but were very nice about rescheduling and then did a thorough check of A/C and heating and replaced one filter

Description of Work: They were called to come change air filters. Technician when under house and said he "couldn't find it." A contractor friend had changed the filter in the past and came over after and changed it again. The company was, however, very professional in not charging for the service -- since their tech didn't do the job called for.

Found shoddy workmanship from prior homeowner and corrected and repaired jury-rigged duct work in a highly professional and timely manner. Technician was courteous to a fault and fully informed us of options for further cooling if it was found to be required. We are fully satisfied with the work performed and the cost.

Description of Work: VERY PROFESSIONAL. ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE. PRICE WAS ONE OF THE HIGHEST QUOTES FOR A FURNACE. DID NOT USE THEM SINCE WE ALSO WANTED A WINE CELLAR REFRIG. UNIT AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DO THIS. WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
