Description of Work: They performed routine mantenance on my furnace. I needed new filters so that added to my costs. He showed me my old ones and they definitely needed replacing as the filters had holes in them!! I am very pleased with ASI!!

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and air conditioner units. Originally,we asked about problems with the air conditioner. They discovered lots of problems the previous installer created or did not take care of 6 years ago when air was added to our house. Ended up replacing the whole system with improved duct work as well. Although it was more than we originally budgeted, the quality of the new system is much better. They explained issues as they arose, showed us the problem, and made recommendations. They cleaned up after themselves, too. We were in contact with the project director and the installer throughout the entire project. We will call them every time we need HVAC help.

The service man was extremely professional and very helpful with suggestions on how to get the best from our system which we had purchased from ASI several years ago. It confirmed our confidence in the usage of this company for our heating needs.

Description of Work: Replaced old 1976 furnace with new York high efficiency furnace with UV/Titanium Dioxide air purifier germicidal protection system & MERV 13 filtration; corrected return air positioning; rerouted & properly insulate/seal return air plenum; replaced all 2nd floor ducting in attic; added 3 new duct register: 2 in 2nd floor bathrooms & 1 in 1st floor living/dining room area. Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for ASI Hastings Heating Air & Solar. They came out and checked on an old space gas heater. I had to replace it.

Description of Work: Had a maintenance tune-up (cleaning and adjustments to spec) performed on the furnace. Service was performed as advertised. Had additional work performed by technician while he was on the property ( price seemed high but needed service performed) Overall satisfied with services performed

Description of Work: Forced air heating unit quit working at a home we rent out. ASI set up the appointment with our tenants and found the unit had a cracked heat exchanger. The tech told the tenants not to use the system because it was unsafe. I arranged to meet with the estimator and he showed up right on time. ASI's bid to replace the FAU and AC unit was higher than others, so I won't be using them for this particular job, but they are pros and they are dependable and I will likely call them for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

Then I had surgery so they worked with me to schedule the repair when I was feeling up to it. Description of Work: First of all, I shopped - 6 bids We replaced a gas furnace and ducting and added new air conditioning. Lars Larrson (sales rep) was very professional and timely. Gave some great advice and pointed out a problem with the existing ducting and offered to send a crew to repair it. Didn't need to go that far, easily resolved, the offer was appreciated. The only thing I am bummed out about. We haven't had any weather to really test the system. :)
