Description of Work: Reported noise in A/C compressor. Noise was gone when service provider arrived. Service provider nevertheless checked out system end to end and confirmed system was operating normally.

Description of Work: They serviced the air conditioner and the heater. When they were servicing the air conditioner they found a problem and fixed it. The tech was very personable and professional and dealt with the problem with ease.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace, A/C unit, ducts, and insulated the attic. In general I was extremely happy with the service. Two areas that were less than great. After installation the testing to close out the permit was not well explained and it felt like ASI stepped out of the picture (it was their subcontractor). The other area that wasn't good was that there is one person answering the phone at the office who is borderline rude. That was disappointing because everyone else was fine. Overall I felt the service was good and in line with the price you pay.

Description of Work: Got a quote, and they broke what was left of my heater. They didn't follow up for a week and by then I'd moved on. Never again. The cost was double what it should've been. I don't want to pay for TV ads, I just needed a new system at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Needed replacement parts for an air purifier system installed by ASI in 2014. Needed some filter material renewed. Technician arrived on time, was polite, courteous and very professional. He was very knowledgeable of his products and left us with comfortable confidence that all was well. We have several years experience with ASI and while they are sometimes a little pricier than their competition, our experience has been the cost is well worth it. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

Description of Work: This property is a rental . I had to have the tenant meet the serviceman. She said they relit the pilot light and checked the heater. |Recommended we replace the heater because of age. We probably will replace |heater when present tenant leaves, unless it fails to work in which case we will replace it sooner.

Description of Work: They came for an initial a/c inspection but found we needed a new condenser and compressor saver. Once work was completed, everything worked well.

Description of Work: We had to replace a thermostat and have a furnace inspection and tune-up at my father-in-laws house to close a real estate transaction. The technician changed the thermostat just fine but the tune-up was a little shoddy. I had to ask him to replace the filter which was filthy and I asked him to put a sticker on the front of the furnace to show that it was checked out. He seemed to be pre-occupied with his previous service call because he had to drive all the back to San Diego to pick up a part and then drive back up to Oceanside to finish that job. ...on a Friday afternoon.
