Description of Work: They installed a new a/c unit and furnace. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and competent. They worked very well together and did not waste time. They cleaned up after themselves took time to answer our questions and had all the necessary materials on hand. I did have them return to discuss an adjustment to the a/c unit and ASI was responsive and sent a crew of four to satisfy my interests. They are a quality company.

Description of Work: They did an energy assessment; blower door test, a/c and heating inspection, etc. |Seems like they did a thorough job and provided good info. |I thought it was to include a thermal cam inspection, but i didn't ask them about it, as I didn't remember that until they were gone.

Description of Work: Had a leak - - A/C over-flow in attic was clogged and was dripping down the side of my house (outside) when the unit was running. Technician fixed the clog and cleaned/serviced everything including changing my cold air return filters. My 2 a/c units are old (16 years) and he made a point of tell me they would have to be replaced soon; wouldn't last much longer.

Description of Work: Replaced a capacitor in my air conditioning unit. Had to have them back because first technician didn't put in correct part. When I called with my concern, the supervisor came to my house, checked the unit and installed correct part. They did this subsequent visit at no charge. Overall I was quite satisfied and will use ASI again when the need arises. |
