Description of Work: Installed Furnace. Sold and installed one furnace that was as loud as an airplane engine. Had to have changed out to higher grade furnace. Never should have been presented with the First furnace due to close location to living room. Second furnace much better. ASI was very responsive and people were very nice. However, there were lots of internal issues. They brought wrong furnace to replace the first one. If I didn't ask to confirm, they would have installed the wrong one. They did get the right one same day, but obviously there was breakdown in communication between departments. Good people, but company needs serious help communicating between departments.

Description of Work: Had ASI perform my annual furnace tune-up. Purchased the $69 Big Deal through Angie's List. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I told him some concerns about air quality in my home, due to allergies, and he suggested some options. He didn't pressure me to buy anything and actually just suggested I purchase quality air filters vs. the UV Air Filteration system. I love that about this company. I've used them, in the past, to install a new A/C system....and I will continue to use their services! Great Providers....can't say enough about them!

Description of Work: Wanted HVAC checked out and service person quoted a high price on perceived problem he found which I questioned and company sent another service person out and found that problem did not exist in my ductwork and reduced price accordingly. They informed that first service person was fired from company.

Description of Work: They checked the furnace and everything was fine except there was air escaping. The technician sealed all the places where the air was escaping from the furnace. |Excellent service.

Description of Work: ASI was wonderful throughout the entire solar installation process. From Tom's first explanation to Vanessa's wrapping up the final details, all the ASI folks were excellent, professional, friendly, and responsive.

Description of Work: ASI installed air conditioning in my house. It went very well. This company is professional to the extreme and I feel totally confident that everything was done perfectly. They are very nice people to work with and the whole operation went smoothly and without any stress. This company may be a little more expensive than others but it is worth it for the peace of mind.
