It went perfectly. Joe removed some wires that another company had attached. The furnace had been blowing warm air and then the thermostat would say second stage and blow cold air and the house temperature would drop. He also did a msintenance so my 20 year old furnace is now quieter and running fine. He carefully explained everything to me.

We contacted ASI to see about replacing our 16 year-old furnace. Lars did a thorough job of assessing what we would need in terms of furnace, ducting, etc. We have not yet made a decision about the new furnace because we're waiting for a second quote, but I know from past experience that ASI does a great job and I definitely recommend them.

Very professional, and they didn't try to get you to replace your furnace when you didn't need it.

Yes, they were courteous of my home when they came to do the maintenance. We chose them because we got a couple of estimates and we liked theirs the best. Yes, I would use them again.

ASI was very thorough in explaining my options. They were here precisely when they said they would be. The two men who completed the installation could not have been more courteous or professional. I highly recommend them!!

I'd give them all "A's" except for price. I would use them again. I found them and started using them because my Dad used to own this place and he used them. Their prices are a little bit high, but they product a quality product and they have to pay their employees so I get it.

Not one single problem, were polite, on time, cleaned up. I would certainly use them again.

My husband was un-happy with how they installed a pipe to go outside to vent gasses. They put in a long pipe to go along the garage to vent condensation, but they came back and fixed it. They gave us a new door because they ruined our other door.

It was fixed; broken capacitor. I also paid for a capacitor for my heating system. Service provider told me I would need a new system soon, at a cost of $25,000! I feel like he was hustling me.

It was good. It wasn't through Angie's List -- it was because I have a relationship with them. They put in my duct work and stuff. For two service calls you get them to service your air conditioner and your heater. I bought that and I have a rental too so I bought that. The only thing was I hadn't used the service from last year -- the year before. They never called me to schedule the one for that. I thought it was just $150 for one service call. They said, oh.no, it's twice a year. I said really? They never told me that, so I need to call and schedule my one for the winter. I am not happy with them not calling and following up for a service. I mean I basically paid $154 for one service call and that's not right. He's telling me, oh no, you have these visits and the same thing with my rental. I mean, with my rental they put in an air conditioner, but I have a heater and I am going to call them and say, hey, you owe me, you know, three more visits and actually I should not have paid for this year. But they are good and I don't feel they are going to rip you off. They don't, I mean, they are good. They don't try to sell you something you don't need and the people that work for them are not contract workers. I have had good service with them. I don't think they are the cheapest, but they are pretty competitive. You can actually negotiate the price with these people, believe it or not. If they give you a price, for, say, an air conditioner, you can get them down. They want the business that bad, they'll come down. They do good work; they stand by their work.

Still haven’t paid for it yet because we are still waiting for them for other work to be done before they put the second one in.

They were over a lot. I had two big installations.They put in a whole new system including attic insulation, solar insulation. It was a very big project. I think they do really good quality work. They did very, very, well with each other. It's the only company that has the same inspectors in turns of inspection. The city has to inspect both. They actually brought over an OSHA approved ladder and took it up for the inspection. They're the only company that he knew does that. It had to be quality over price. It took a couple of days for the HVAC.

It took a couple of days for the solar. They certainly by far are not the cheapest, but I thought it was good. Their per credit, their per kilowatt was quite low. It's an expensive system, but it's a 12-kilowatt system and they came out close to under $3.00 a kilo.

Very well; the entire project was completed in less than 2 working days.

Great! This service was done over a month ago so I can't remember all the details. I can't submit the review if my review is less than ten characters. The technician was excellent. Took his time and did the job right.

Great job. My solar system now keeps up with the SEER 18 system.

I’m not sure I would use them again because they’re expensive. They are fine. The price is the part that I think is expensive. I’ve seen ads for $39 and they charged me a whole lot more than that to do that. I may use them again if I had something big to do or important to do.

We have had a good service with ASI Heating and Air. They had an issue with the estimate. The guy estimated and then he did not inform the actual people who were doing the work what was involved in the work. So they same to the site not prepared for the job that was there. They said they were not told they had to remove part of the drywall and this other stuff.

They weren't the most expensive, but they weren't the cheapest. They workers are very professional.
