Excellent work, showed up on time, was very professional and was thorough in analyzing the system. Overall very pleased and will be sure to consider their bid when replacing aging system.

The visit was fabulous! The reason I called ASI originally was for a second opinion. Another provider had come to my house to inspect my AC unit and told me that my circuit board was fried, I had a leak, and the unit needed to be replaced. They charged me over $400 (which was the "value" rate) to re-charge the system, and jerry rigged the wiring to make it so only the heat worked. When the ASI electrician showed up, he correctly evaluated the system, spent extra time fixing all of my wiring both in the outside unit and upstairs in my air unit, and serviced the heating part of the outside unit. He was courteous and friendly, and most importantly FIXED my heat and AC without having to replace the unit. There were no issues with the circuit board!! Thank you to the entire ASI team for being the utmost professionals and knowing your trade!

Went very well. Arrived on time, very clean, professional, and did the maintenance check in no time at all. No pressure on purchasing other services, only suggested what else could be done to maintain in good working condition our heating system.

It went ok. The furnace is not up to code, so they couldn't do the complete check up. They did check what they could. They were professional. No issues. They came out about 2-3 weeks after I bought the Big Deal.

The service was not completed, the technician stated that our furnace needed replacing.

Great! Brandon & Mike and everyone was wonderful!! Punctual, clean, so friendly. I used ASI when I needed all new ductwork and was so impressed it was a no brainier to use their services for my heating and air. I will call them again in a heart beat if the need arises.

I recommend them for solar panels. They did an excellent job. I did not have any problem with them at all. If you have to put panels, you have to do it right the first time. I saved a lot from my electricity bill. They were very reasonable compared to the bid I had before them. They came with an electrician, roofer and plumber and they got it all done. They also made some remediation with us.

The deal said they would call me and they never did. Once I got a hold of them they told me I had to wait 20 days. Not acceptable.

We could not find a time that worked for both of us.

It turned out very well. I was very happy. They are good people, and very confident and professional. They were fairly expensive.

Felt I was ripped off with the price. I was in a time crunch since it was a rental unit and I called several places that I could not get scheduled in a timely manner to get alternate quotes. Some positives were that ASI could schedule the quickest and the service rep was polite. I could not make it to my rental when the service rep arrived and so I took the diagnosis and quote over the phone and agreed to the service (again for lack of available other companies that I tried to scheduled because it was in the middle of a heat wave). However, when i researched the price, after the fact, they charged $600 for a 20 minute job with parts that should have wholesaled for no more than $75. In my estimation, it should have been a $250 job, tops! (My mistake for agreeing on it ahead of the research, but I have great tenants that I wanted to be responsive to in a sweltering heat wave). I see these guys advertise on TV all the time as the "white glove" guys and it looks great on TV, but I would not recommend them based on this. It seems to me that "white glove" translates to super expensive. If you do use ASI, I'd recommend getting at least two other quotes if you have the time (obviously...). But based on my experience, I would not call them again. I would be truly interested if they would like to respond and to provide justification to the pricing. If I'm wrong, then I'll be happy to correct my review. (I also did ask for a detailed parts and service breakdown invoice, but received a generic one liner so you can't tell the parts and service breakdown).

All the workers, from the sales rep to the installers were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Sales rep made suggestions to improve on what we thought we wanted; all were accepted without question. The workers acted as if our home was theirs, ensuring floors (and furniture where necessary) were covered and everything neat and clean when they left. During installation, one worker accidentally stepped on the ceiling in the master bedroom when he was working in the attic that caused a 4-foot crack in the ceiling. Repair man was out within 24 hours and made the repair; couldn't tell there was a problem; matched the paint perfectly--none of the repair work was charged to us. From start to finish; everything they said would be done, was, in the time frame stated. It has been a very long time since we've had such high quality 5-star professional service this good. Yes, the job was expensive; although, while we may have paid for a Cadillac, we got a Rolls Royce! It is true what they say, "You get what you paid for." .....and we certainly did.

Punctual, good follow up and professional. Installation is not complete but will be done in stages. Furnace and A/C followed by panel upgrade and then solar installation. Only current hold-up is the roof. May need some additional work on roof to allow solar panel installation. Should be completed by March 1, 2015.

I was very satisfied with them. They were prompt. They were very personable. They told me I didn't have a sufficient enough heating system for my house. They clean up after themselves.

They weren't very responsive and couldn't get out to me for over a month. I am requesting a refund.

I've used them several times. They were on time and very professional.

They informed me they can't come out for a month so I did not wind up using the deal. They were great but unfortunately they're too busy right now.

After spending over $10,000 to have this company install a new furnace and air conditioner I was treated with substandard service when it can time to repair my furnace. I called to have my furnace repaired and they said they could not come today, nor could they come tomorrow but the day after that. I had to call another company who promptly came and repaired my furnace at a reasonable cost. They do all kinds of advertising on TV about how great they are and that they provide service 24 hours per day at no additional cost. I am very disappointed that ASI would let me sit in a cold house for days after spending that kind of money. I would not use this company again.

It was great. HVAC tech arrived within scheduled timeframe, was very professional and I enjoyed talking to him, explained all the work, and was thorough. I know lots about home maintenance and basic HVAC maintenance, and the service call accomplished what I expected. I will do business with ASI again.

Office staff & service man were friendly & professional. Serviceman showed up on time. He checked out our furnace & air ducts. Said our fire box was totally rusted out & in a dangerous way. He also said our air ducts shouldn't be cleaned or they'd probably fall apart. Said we needed an all new heating system (furnace, air ducts, the works). Said it would cost $4,500 - $8,500 & asked when we'd like it done. I told him we'd have to think about it. I decided to get a 2nd opinion & scheduled Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air to do the same safety inspection. I didn't tell him anything about the ASI serviceman's diagnosis. So glad I did!!! He was alot more professional & knowledgeable & had better tools for measuring CO2, & other gases. The Liberty serviceman said everything looked real good! I asked him about the fire box & the air ducts. He said they were in very good shape! I strongly urge people NOT TO USE ASI. Talk about a scam!

They're reliable and professional. THe discount is great because I use them all the time.
