Technician called before arrival to let me know of his arrival time. Technician was conscience of home décor and put on protective items to respect residence. Technician performed thorough inspection and tune-up of both furnace and condenser unit. Technician was the 1st to recommend having an additional safety hardware item installed to preserve the integrity and longevity of the unit. I have used ASI for previous inspections, maintenance, and repairs and will continue to use them in the future. A thoroughly professional company.

Technician was very punctual and professional. He pointed out items that would need to be corrected before we sell the house, and possible upgrades that we could make, but did not pressure me into buying any additional services at that time.

Caleb was on time and ready to work. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and looked at a couple of extra things I had forgotten to list. He went out of his way to explain why he was recommending certain replacments and what the result would be. I dread doing the once a year cooling and heating check up but next year, knowing I have found a company and a person that makes the process hassle free, it will be a whole lot easier!

I am really getting upset with ASI coming to the house to service 3 heat pumps- I pay in advance to keep a 10 year warranty on the units they put in 4 years ago. This is the second time they have done the service and gone ahead and done additional service which has an additional cost before getting my permission to do so!! It is the same service too. I told them last year to never have anyone do this to me again and they did it. So now my yearly services are averaging around $900 to $1000 with the extras they perform without asking! I have never had heating/cooling units that cost so much for service! Right now I am not happy with them and pretty upset!

Both visits from ASI went perfectly. Technician, Adrian, notified me he was coming, arrived on time and performed all services. He was professional courteous and explained what he was doing. Very pleased, and will ask for Adrian again.

This is one of the few "Big Deals" that really lives up to the label. For $69, I received a very thorough inspection of the central air conditioning unit's mechanical, electrical and refrigerant systems. Temperature was checked at all vents and the air intake filter was replaced. On top of that, ASI delivers on the "white glove" service. Their booking service was friendly and worked with me to find the right appointment time and apply the Angie's List pricing (actually, it was an advertised price in the monthly magazine rather than a Big Deal). The technician provided a courtesy call 20 minutes before arriving, wore shoe covers inside the house and was very courteous and professional. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value.

I have 2 Trane a/c units - one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The technician Joe G. arrived promptly and began checking both units, outside and inside. Changed filters, started each unit separately, checked each room's vent for proper temperature, checked for air leaks, cleaned, inspected, and verified proper operation of outdoor units. Made sure both thermostats were operating properly. Joe did a very thorough job and did it efficiently and professionally. I definitely recommend this company, and in particular commend ASI's technician Joe G.

The technician Dan went over how the furnace works and explained that HVAC system really needs more air registers or we run the risk of the motor blowing up. When we had installed by another vendor, they addressed thsi issue after the condensor was installed. They ran a diagnostic and sure enough everything was fine since furnace is a year old. What I really liked is the detailed reasoning on whey certain services were recommended. My only gripe is when I asked for an estimate on blown in insulation, tech did not measure the size of the attic space that needed insulation and just quoted based on the size of the house.

They are good guys. I've used them in the past and will continues to use them.

Service Technician (Max V.) was a real gem. Professional and efficient with quality installation of the unit.

Good overall. We do not like that fact that we have a furnace and AC unit installed by ASI, and when they come and do the annual service its for only one and not both. I do not think they offer a package to do both at a slightly reduced price ($100 for both vs. $140).

First he arrived promptly. Ready to start working. Of course he was very courteous and friendly. He explained everything that he recommended and made sure I understood everything..i had a surge protector that was not doing its job and it was a potential safet hazard.he talked to me about filters and compressor and fill pans and why I needed to update. But he never once said I needed a new unit. I can really appreciated sincerity and professionalism. These qualities are star qualities. Matt has earned all 5 of 5. Excellent cudomer service and business ethic. He even mounted my Co2 monitor and talked me thru it. Great work ethics. He was all over my maintenance tune up. He is old school a real honest service professional. Thank you Matt!

We were very happy with them. There was a problem with the installation, but they corrected it and fixed another problem consequently. The service was very good and we like the company. One worker came out for the part replacement service call. The guy was very good. He had a very nice way about him, came in, did the job and solved one problem, actually, that was from the installation (one wire was in the wrong place, I guess), but then he found a part that had worn out in the air conditioning which was not part of the heater installation. He was right on time and he left the area just as he found it. We have actually signed a service contract with them so they will be coming out to do fall and summer tune ups.

Technician showed up on time, and performed a thorough inspection of the furnace, air conditioning condenser, and the duct work. He pointed out a missing secondary safety switch on the furnace. The price for the part, which he had on the truck, was reasonable. He even straightened out

They were so nice and explained everything. They were fantastic to work with. I would use them again. They come out and service it every six months.

The charges that ASI puts on the bill are way too high. I expected reasonable rates...but I didn't send them away. I understand business costs and I have owned businesses. I am an Accountant. But to markup parts by fifteen-fold is beyond reason. Those "White Gloves" ASI hands out for their branding are way too rich for my blood. .

It was great! Our heater is in top working condition and the guys from ASI Hastings were very professional and courteous. I will definitely work with ASI Hastings for all of my future heater maintenance needs.

The technician was polite and friendly. Offered good advice about duct cleaning.

Lisa continued to tell me we hadn't done the air-conditioner last year, then put me on hold and when returning to me she told me I was right. When scheduling the annual furnace inspection she had told me I had NO prepaid services on file, only to put me on hold and then tell me again I was right, I did have prepaid services. But after that service call by technician, when I was trying to buy what he had quoted me, she told me he was only a technician and she couldn't go by what he'd written, she'd have to talk to her supervisor. This is the third or fourth time we've used this ASI, and each time there has been a problem with this Lisa answering the phone. I was so frustrated I told her to forget it and hung up. I received a call from the VP of ASI in San Diego after the original review. I explained what happened to me and she stated she would see to it that they were re-trained and apologized for my experience. I have to say that the technicians and the company itself, in this case, can not be judged by my bad experiences with office staff. This company really is one of the best out there, with consistently excellent service and I would recommend ASI to anyone who is looking for the best you can buy.

ASI did a fantastic job from start to finish. We took several bids from reputable solar companies in San Diego. ASI was very reasonably priced (one of the least expensive). They offered incentives that others did not. Their sales force was professional, courteous and patient in answering dozens of questions. Choosing ASI proved to be an easy choice for us and I am ecstatic that we did choose them. They delivered on 100% of their promise - price, service, incentives, performance. I would highly recommend ASI to anyone thinking about installing solar panels. They did such a thorough job and were responsive to every request we made. They definitely put the customer first. Our project involved 33 solar panels and a new circuit breaker panel. They had a vision for how to make it work in a way that was aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. It's awesome. The crew on site knew their business, were very neat and careful to not damage the roof. They were also friendly and highly dedicated to making sure that all of our expectations were met. I am not one to go overboard with compliments, but truly ASI was great. They were the best possible company for us and I can't imagine a better experience. By the way...our last electric bill was $9!!! Fantastic!
