Good service. Windows and blinds were cleaned with no issues. Blinds and screens re-installed after windows were done.

Initially there were some scheduling problems (might have been due to a new office person they had recently hired), but it turned out to be a good experience. Todd Ashley, the owner, was kind and knowledgeable, and was responsive to any concerns. They did a great job with both the blinds and windows, and we're very pleased with the new headrails. We thought we might need to replace the blinds on a few windows, but found out that they could simply reinstall the blinds themselves on a new headrail, and now they're good as new.

He was prompt, polite, and fixed some of my other blinds. He went above and beyond what he needed to do!

Service was performed quickly and neatly.

Saw a review that said they never got a callback from this company - needed to say they absolutely called us back in a timely manner. Another vendor met our needs better in the end, but Ashley called back quickly, were friendly and very detailed in their estimate.

They were not very good and I will not use them again.

They replaced some blinds about 24 inches wide or so and probably 6½ feet tall.

Very professional job. All windows were left sparkling. They were careful with the sun film on one set of windows. Took down, cleaned and remounted all the blinds. They were very dirty and were left clean. Did a great job in a short amount of time. We had an appointment for 9AM on a Saturday. When I scheduled the appointment I asked if they could work with my being gone for a while when I took the dog to obedience school They agreed it was OK. I left for the class at 9:20 AM after attempting to call and getting no answer. Fortunately there was someone here who was able to let them in when I was gone. They arrived a little before 9:45AM. Otherwise, with the tardiness in time we would have had to reschedule.

Overall I would say it lack the results that I expected. The story is my overall experience was lousy.

They were great. They were a little slow on the followup, but they provided good service for good value. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was referring to Ashley Blinds and Carpet by a company in Ramona. I didn't rate them excellent in all categories for the following reasons: Price...I was quoted $15 per blind but charged $18. Responsiveness: I called early one morning to schedule the appointment, and they didn't return the call until the following afternoon. Punctuality: the arrival window was 9:30 to 10am. They arrived at 10. But those are minor issues. Overall I was very happy with the service. The blinds look great, and they didn't break anything! In the "above and beyond" area, I had two plastic clips that held a valance in place that were broken and had trouble finding replacement parts. I asked one of the guys where I could buy them. He said that they had some in the truck and replaced the broken ones for free and left a couple extra in case I needed them. Probably a dollar worth of parts, but huge in the time it save me. Thank you!

The company was very pleasant to deal with and they were very responsive. They called back and they scheduled the appointment to meet my schedule. They came out with a truck that has these long trays, they took the blinds out to the truck, they cleaned them completely, and then they reinstalled them. It was fast, it was efficient, and they knew exactly what they were doing. The blinds were perfectly reinstalled and they are absolutely clean. It took a little over an hour to do all of that. I didn’t even know that this service existed so I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. The guys that came out were very professional, the work was done smoothly, and I really like that they knew exactly what they were doing. I thought it was a good price for all of the blinds that they did. Next time my blinds need cleaned, I am calling them again.

I dropped my wooden blinds off at their office in the morning and by that afternoon they called me to review all the parts that needed repair and the estimated cost. They were very knowledgeable and had it fixed in one day. I will be taking the other blinds in my home that need repair to them too.

Donovan provided an over the phone quote and came to do the work with a truck mounted cleaning system and an assistant. He was on time and easy to deal with. Our blinds are over 8 years old, so he explained all risks that were involved in cleaning each type of blind. We opted to take the risk and have them all cleaned. We had one blackout Silhouette style that ended up with just a little bit of pinholing at the seams, but not in the middle of the slats. It's not a big issue and he warned me it could happen. We had some blinds that required a very tall ladder to reach and he handled those with no issues. The final price was less than the original quote because we had some very small honeycombs that he gave us a lower price on after cleaning them. Ashley's cost was the most reasonable of everyone I contacted. Some of the quotes I received would have cost us one quarter to one half of what we paid for the blinds. Seemed pretty outrageous. I am a very happy customer and would definitely use Ashley Blinds again. Note: I think Angie's list may have old contact names for this company.

Donovan came out on time. He was very nice and personable. The blinds were so clean it made the room look like it had just been painted.

They did a good job. My only disappointment was that I also scheduled them to clean our cellular blinds; but when the workers arrived, they said they could not clean the kind we had, which are cordless. I would have liked to have known that up front when the work was scheduled.

MY CARPETS LOOKED AWFUL AND THEY MADE THEM LOOK VERY NICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THE MAN WORKED REALLY HARD, AND I THOUGHT HE ACTED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. HE SPENT PROBABLY 2 HOURS WORKING ON IT. I FELT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY WERE PROMPT AND CLEANED THE WINDOWS VERY WELL.
