+ -1 moreIt was excellent. I worked with Tim Stiegers. He was fantastic in every way, shape, and form. I would absolutely recommend him. One of the things was that he didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. He tried to best serve us. Sometimes that includes what we need to hear, not what we want to hear. He was fantastic every step of the way, from selling our house and on buying our new house. The costs were standard for real estate agents, a percentage.
Description of Work: I used Ascent Real Estate.

+ -1 moreChristine is as ambitious as she is friendly. We had a very tight budget and a long wish list and the inventory for the type of home we desired was not large. Some agents may have gotten discouraged by the challenge but Christine worked tirelessly. She scoured listings and occasionally even previewed homes to save us time. We viewed many houses with her and all the while she encouraged us with her positive attitude keeping us from burning out on the search. It was a long and thorough search but we were able to purchase just the home we were looking for and for the right price. I could not think of a better person to spend all that time with, she is a wonderful agent and genuinely amazing person. She did a great job for us and we couldn?t be happier with our new home.
Description of Work: Christine Diveley is hard working, skilled and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top quality, highly professional Real Estate Agent. During our eight month rigorous search for a home to purchase Christine was there with us every step of the way, working hard, determined to help us find us the home we desired in the price range we could afford. She was consistently pleasant, courteous and professional.
