Although the rep was unable make the initial app, the company called several times to provide status. They returned the next day as promised and had to return a third day due to equipment malfunction. He completed the job, removing many roots from the drains. Very happy with the work and that the quoted cost remained the same. We recommend this company!

Quick and professional. Unlike a different "pro" (ARS) that came to provide an estimate and tried to sell me a new water heater because mine was "junk", rescue rooter diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I was very pleased with the timing and job done.

They did a good job flushing out our pipes but then tried to persuade us to have them do an expensive pipe repair job. We had Anderson do the work for about 2/3s of what they estimated.

The service rep was an OK guy. But it became obvious to me and my wife that the gentleman's training had been concentrated on sales rather than in service. Near the beginning his estimates started adding up into $400 and increasing. We canceled his service even after he started seriously discounting his fees. WE called a local Vista plumbing company.(Hanna Plumbing). Their service man only asked what the problem was, and no more. He went right to the source of the problem and repaired it without another word. It's been working great since then. Total charge - $134.

The service was very good. Ed immediately identified the problem with my shower drain and it was fixed the next day. Even though their prices are a little high but in the end it was worth it.

The price was a little daunting but the service was very good. He made the assessment and check the prices to repair and told me the cost of repairs vs new toilet. We went for new toilet. They ordered a new toilet and returned in the morning and in no time they were done.
