They responded quickly, sending out two different plumbers on consecutive days. They were pretty expensive though, $389 just to snake and scope a pipe that was clogged.

The service is great and they respond quickly. I thought it a bit on the pricey side but not enough to wait for someone else to come by and have a look. It was quick and easy.

ARS - Alonso was upbeat and worked quickly. He also beat the arrival time of all of the other services I had called. Meanwhile I did several hours digging to uncover enough of the damaged area of the water main to perform the repair. He did say that it helped a lot that I had uncovered the damage otherwise it could have cost 4x as much. The only negative of his repair is that even though I pointed out the hole as accumulated more mud since I had dug it, he started cutting the pipe before bailing it out - so some mud got into the main and affected valves in the house for a few days.

They came out the same day and unclogged my tub drain. Great service and value.

My wife initially wanted me to call the local popular plumber with a cool jingle on TV. While I searched here on HomeAdvisor and found RescueRooter. Aside from being cheaper by showing all options possible, our tech Cole Williams found the real root of the problems. While the other guys we contacted misdiagnosed the issues and said they needed to take off the whole drywall and they will not put it back. RescueRooter diagnosed the issue with minimal work on taking the walls & ceiling apart.

They are very pricey for the original drain kleen but a day later it clog.then real high prices came

I had a problem with clogged storm drains for several years. I hired another vendor prior and they were unsuccessful in opening the drains. Rescue Rooter sent Marino Valdez to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate. Marino saw that the drains were really badley plugged with debris and roots. He was not overly optimistic but said that he would do his very best to solve my problem. I gave him the job. He did a great job and drains plugged for years are now open. Kudos to Marino and Rescue Rooter.

Hot water pressure was very low, cleaning of water heater was needed. They started with initial estimation of $230 to flash the water heater - which sill clean input/output and drain points. So I agreed to do. Then started recommending to change many things - Drain Valve (reason to change it was L shape, he added straight one), could have use it with cleaning - Added cost - $190. Next changed connector Hose (actual cost may be $20, and there was no leak in the existing connector, it was unnecessary) - added charge - $190, then changed FLEX ANODE ROD (Material Cost - #35 or so), charged me another $190. Total cost to me was - $800 or so. For all this added items for same repair work (for same problem) they included individual installation charges as you can see here. Due to urgency and as initial est started with $230, I agreed, but after they started working, increased the cost too high completely wrong, adding only material cost what I thought. As they were not also clear how more they are going to charge me.

My installer was a very hard worker and concerned that all my needs were met. I would hire them again.
