Professional and courteous. Only one very small regret: I ended up paying an extra $90 to buy a pipe-cleaning product that only his company sold. My choice entirely, but I probably could have purchased something similar for much less.

Our technician was on time and very professional. The job ended up being more difficult than expected but he wouldn't give up and did a great job. The price didn't increase even though he had to work longer. We would definitely use Rescue Rooter again.

Great company ethics weekend work did not cost extra. I was quoted a starting price over the phone for an easy access drain clog clearance. Once the technician saw the job the price did not change. Great job guys.

Charged me $436 for a shower stem and less than 2 hours of work. Shower stem was $60 including shipping, so labor was close to $190/ hour. Way too expensive. You can find plumbers of equal quality for much less money.

Matt is an excellent professional . He is very knowledgeable about fixtures and installation standards. Great choice when you want the job done right. The office struggled a bit with scheduling and there has not been any personal follow up since the completion of the work. More product and installation information available in print or online would enhance customer service.

Eddie was terrific. He was personable and didn't cut any corners. He replaced the old couplers before installing the new water pressure gauge... I'm thinking others might have just used the existing couplers.

After the initial visit to scope things out he promised he'd be back and we agreed on when. I made sure I would be home only to find out he had showed up at an earlier time without notifying me and I was not home. I didn't find out until that evening. I called and he said he'd have to reschedule, but that he was backed up and it would be at least a week or so. When he didn't show the next time I called and he said, "Oh, yeah, why don't you get another company to do it." I found out he's a one man plumbing company.
