Description of Work: Power washed and sealed tile roof. Repaired leaks, replaced eaves and boards that had termite damage or dry rot. Job was done well, communication could be better.

+ -1 moreThe servicemen worked very hard and did an excellent job in power washing. My roof looks very clean now. They did not vacuum the debris to their truck as promised. The debris went to my drains instead. Hope the debris are not clogging my drainage. I will find out when it rains heavily next time. It took me several calls and emails for the owner to come back to my house to finish the one page report and inspection for leakage. He claimed that he was on vacations. He should have notified us that whenever he was not going to show up.

+ 3 moreThey were very good. They were very careful. We just moved in the house and now it is like a new house. It was amazing the dirt that came off the roof. They scrubbed any green areas and they checked to make sure that we didn't have any leaks and they sealed it with a special sealing. We paid for the paint separately. It wasn't cheap, but it was well done. We didn't compare the price. They were very responsive. They came when they said. The bill could have been a little bit clearer and cleaner looking with more explanation. We would use them again.
Description of Work: We used Aquapro Structural Maintenance to pressure wash the house and the roof. They also repaired some stucco and did some painting.
