Contractor removed a window in the bathroom and replaced it with a tempered, frosted window. The estimate, measurement and installation went without a hitch. The workmen were on time and very polite and efficient.

We were very pleased with Approved Contractor. They were both responsive, prompt, and efficient--no surprises or set-backs. We felt that the windows and the installation were quality at a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Everything went great. Our windows were presented a bit of a problem as they were really stuck into the stucco. However, the guys took it in stride and even though it took a little bit more time, they finished all of them in less than a day and a half. The workers were super - extremely polite, friendly and hard working. This was a wonderful experience from the time Justin came out to do the estimate to the finished product!

An installer came out and measured the windows. About a month later, as estimated, they called to schedule the install. They showed up on the day I chose and did the install in about 2.5 hours. The finished product looks way better than the last install another company did, and they didn't break anything. Great experience (though it hasn't rained yet, so that will be the final test).

This might be the best contractor we have ever had work on our home. Justin is amazing, honest, and he provides clear and punctual communicaitons. Jesus and his team were top notch professionals. The prep work these guys put into our home was as good as it gets. Our house really needed a lot of work. The last paint job we got (lowest bidder) was terrible! Now, the neighbors keep stopping by to tell us how great the house looks. No better testimony than that. And with the incrediable Angie's list discount Justin gave us, this has to have been the best deal in town. My faith in contractos has been renewed. Thanks Approved Contractor. Great! Jesus and his crew are great. A real happy bunch of guys that works well together and gets the job done! Very pleased with the professional job this crew did, and will be using them again next year for another project. Justin the manager is great, steps you through the process and goes over the quote in detail so you know exactly what you are getting and what it is costing. Recommend this group for any stucco or exterior painting needs.

They are excellent. I have never seen anyone work like this. If I had more for them to paint I definitely would. They are very fair, forward and up-front with pricing. They are very friendly and helpful.

Matt, Cody and Kyle arrived right on time just as they promised and got right to work. they had to remove old iron bars that had bee on the house over 25 years. they then removed all the old windows and began installing new ones .. It was rainig a bit and thundering but they kept right on working.. They were here about 2 1/2 hrs and cleaned everything up and took even my old blinds with them .. these guys were extremely polite , clean and did a beautiful job!!! I would recommend this company (APPROVED CONTRACTOR ) to anyone that want professional workmen and pleasant people to work with Including Justin (the Owner) ... ALSO the price was right!!!

Justin (company representative/estimator) and Jesus (work site foreman) were complete professionals. They established a timeline and held to it. They gave a fair quote for the scope of work and held to the estimates provided. The contract explanation and signing was very straightforward. Contact information was exchanged and both Justin and Jesus answered phone calls or returned them promptly. The work crew was on time, tidy, and respectful of our house and yard. The quality of work was excellent. Our house looks like new thanks to Jesus and his crew! All timelines were met, and there were no additional expenses. I will gladly use Approved Contractors Inc. again if I need work done.

Over the years we have dealt with about half a dozen contractors ranging from painters, landscapers, concrete work; HVAC, remodelers, roofers, etc. They all started out wonderfully but in short order work became unacceptable, workers failed to show up, extra costs crept in, the general contractor became scarce. Approved Contractor Inc. is everything these others were not. Our primary contact, Justin, delivered everything we wanted, as we wanted it, on time and at a fair price. The crew was methodical and detail oriented taking care of everything down to the smallest thing. The crew supervisor, Jesus, demonstrated outstanding supervisor skills; vast experience; and an encyclopedic knowledge of the business. Everyone at Approved Contractor Inc. was always respectful of us and our property. This is the first time we did not feel the need to keep a watchful eye as their demeanor and behavior put us at ease and gave us a sense of their trustworthiness. The finished product is superb and our satisfaction is complete. We wholeheartedly comfortably recommend Approve Contractor Inc.

The deal clearly stated it was good for 1,500 square feet. I thought this was for exterior painting square feet. The SP informed me that it was for the interior square footage and for my home there would be extra charges. I do not want this deal. Please refund.

Excellent, great service with great professionalism not to mention that they were quick and explain all our questions. Our bathroom window has old wooden frame with LEAD, they are certified to work with lead so everything has handle appropriate.

It was okay. They did the standard stuff just fine but when they put in the door, they put a funky little mold on the bottom as the trim and it is not standard and it looks a little cheesy. But as far as the product that they installed on the windows, that was good enough. It was just really the trim work around the sliding glass door that just does not look natural. I do not remember the date of the service.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our house. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end. What they promised, they did. They repaired damaged eaves and repaired stucco. Everything they did was meticulous. They did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. They even covered the neighbors' cars so no paint was sprayed on them! A professional, reliable group. Very impressed.

Justin arrived on time for the estimate, he was very knowledgable & even brought a sample. John & Mat did the work & what a great job they did. They were on time, friendly & efficient. This is the third home that I have had to replace windows, & I have never had a better job done. They explained every thing they did & even removed window stickers, washed all the windows , patio doors & even vacuumed all of the tracks. I will very, very highly recommend the company & everyone that worked to get the great job done!!!!!!

Justin came out and quoted us on windows. He came early, which was nice, and was matter-of-fact about the whole process. There was no drama or noticeable selling tactics. It was what it was and I sincerely appreciated that. The Approved Contractor team sells Anlin Windows, which is one of the better known brands in the window industry with a very good quality and service rating. My wife and I liked another window type better and ended up going with another group, but this team's product, professionalism and price point make them very hard to beat. They also offer painting services and we plan to look them up in the future for those services.

The guy came out and told us that the job would be over $5,000. He told us that with the price we paid for the Big Deal would have gotten us a small shed painted. In the deal it says an exterior house painting up to 1,000 sq feet, our house is just under 1,000. The actually measure each wall, which is how they get their sq footage. In the fine print it stated that the deal included up to two colors, then my husband was told we could only choose one color. We feel like we were scammed. We expected there to may be some extra charges. So including the $1,499 that we paid it was going to be over $5,000. If I would have known this, I would have called out multiple companies to get other estimates for the job. The guy that came out was nice, polite and professional.

This company dispatched a very professional team to do this installation. They arrived on time, drop clothes were put down where they would be walking, were cautious while they moved equipment in and out of my condo. They estimated the job would take a day plus a couple hours which is exactly how long it took. They were quiet and worked efficiently. Justin, my first contact with the company, visited during the day to make sure everything was going ok. Did a follow up phone call shortly after they crew left on the second day. All in all, I would recommend this company with no hesitation. THANK YOU GUYS!

Overall, I am quite pleased with the entire process, and plan to use this contractor again. In that my house is so old, the measurement and planning for this job had to be done carefully. Justin took plenty of time to explain the process and help me make decisions on style and choice of windows. Removing 60 year old windows without cutting into the window seal was fascinating to watch. John & Cody were very careful, and literally cut each window in two, while they were still hanging in their place. They had to work around window boxes, plants, and a compost bin to get to the windows. From the inside, they covered the bare-wood floors so as to avoid scratching. Both men were very professional in their presentation, and a pleasure to speak with. The new windows fit tight in their place and slide easily. My only concern was that when they were done I found that the chalking around the frames was not smooth and ready for paint as I expected. When I called about the issue, Justin was quick to plan a correction, and the chalking was re-done, and it looks as good as I had hoped. The cost of this job was lower than usual, as I used an Angie's List coupon. Even if you don't use a coupon, I can confidently recommend Approved Contractor for your window replacement.

From the beginning Approved Contractor was very professional which is a trait my wife and I always look for when dealing with the purchase of a large product and/or service. Justin arrived ontime and informed us about the types of windows we could get with the deal and they were good windows. However, we wanted the more fancier type of window and Justin managed to still work a deal with us since were Angies List customers and used Angies List to find this company. I will have to say that he went above and beyond in getting us set up with new windows. There were 3 visits from the company: the initial estimate, the measurements, and then the installation. Justin came for the initial and the guys who were going to do the installation came to the the actual measurements to get the windows ordered. I thought this was a great process and made us more comfortable in knowing the guys who were doing the work did the measurements and knew what to expect upon arrival. During these visits they made clear of any changes they would have to make to the surrounding areas of the window, which were minor, but I really appreciated the heads. There is nothing worse than seeing something changed on your house without knowing about it beforehand and these guys really took out the unexpected! Installation took a day and a half as we had quite a few windows and 2 patio doors to get installed. It was no problem for us. I think the only thing that we didn't care for in this process was having to wait a few weeks for the windows to be made to our window specifications (we have an older home with awkward sized windows), but it was completely understandable. All in all, this was a great deal for a great product and great service!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and/or patio doors. My wife and I are completely satisfied, from beginning to end and are now enjoying the drastic temperature change in our home and the reduced noise coming from the outside.

I was extremely pleased with the work. I had my house painted about six years ago by another company and regretted it ever since. They painted over dirt and cracked stucco and peeling wood and didn't properly mask off the area, so I spent the next few months scraping paint off my windows. This year I decided to have the job done right and to use a lifetime paint. Considered rhino shield, but after doing some research, decided it was gimmicky and over-priced and not much different from the product I would be getting. What I was most impressed with was the five day preparation. They ( a crew of two or three) trenched around the house and hydro-blasted the entire house, patched and applied stucco where needed, masked everything (including adjoining shrubs), and scraped and sanded all the wood trim. During the next two days they applied a ceramic bonder, then the final lifetime coat. They also painted my garage door and my entry door (a different contrasting color of my choice). Jesus, the lead painter, and his hard-working crew were always pleasant, on time, and never left leaving my house looking like a disaster area. I was at first hesitant to have the job done when Justin gave me the estimate, mainly because of the expense compared to my previous paint job, But as everyone knows, you get what you pay for. I feel I got what I paid for, and then some. ,

I was browsing Angie's list for exterior painters, I like to read the reviews and compare prices. The next day after getting an email from Angie's List about a deal from one of the companies I had looked at, I called about an estimate. I spoke with Justin and arranged a meeting. I liked him right away, he explained his product because it's guaranteed for life, even had a sample you could feel, it's really quite unique. We walked around the house and then he took some measurements. He then explained the entire process which would take a week. They would power wash the house, they dig a trench around the house because the paint is also waterproofing the stucco, they patch and sand everything smooth, then they would start on the wood and I had a lot of wood, not only on the house but a deck off the front of the house and a 4" fence around the front yard. He broke everything down for me, the cost of the job with or without the deck and fence. I was impressed with the amount of work it was going to take to get the house prepared for paint, which Justin said was the most important part and now I know why. I took a deep breath and said let's do it! Justin left me some color samples and addresses of some of the houses he had done. I went to all the addresses he gave me and took in all the details of those jobs. The colors weren't important but the finished look of those houses was amazing. It was quality workmanship. The hardest thing for me was the color scheme. Justin wanted me to meet with Jesus, who along with his crew, would be doing the work. Jesus is a friendly, helpful, organized, accommodating and hard working guy, I think the world of him. He helped me with so many decisions from color choices to light fixtures and even a doorbell. He and his crew of men are a well oiled machine and you can tell they all like each other. They would get here at 8am and work their butts off, take a break for lunch and back at it. One day at 4:30 they started cleaning up and I went outside and said cleaning up? And Jesus said yeah already, with it getting dark so early we have too, I looked at him and said "already?" I was in the house saying oh finally !! No matter how bad the house may have looked each day, when they left for the day this place was clean. I appreciated that. My house is done, I am very happy, it was money well spent. Justin, Jesus and the guys, thank you so very much.

I was contacted by Approved Contractors after i purchased my ticket form Angie's List. I had a contractor come by my house shortly after to look over the project areas. He immediately noticed the issue of the varying temperatures throughout specific areas in my house. He took rough measurements for all the windows and came up with the idea of finishing my previously installed windows. I was told it would take about 4-6 weeks for my windows to show up. This was good news since i was trying to get the windows installed before the cold weather kicked in. When the windows arrived i received a call for an appointment to get them installed. They showed up at 8 am as scheduled the day after Thanksgiving to start work. I showed them the project areas and they immediately began working. They continued working throughout the day despite the bad weather that came along. They worked diligently and professionally to completion. They cleaned up all the work areas. Overall they spent about 8 hours doing work and it looks really good. I'm very pleased with the new windows. The look and feel is amazing. And most important i can leave my thermostat and one temperature and it feels the same in all my rooms. I would recommend calling if you plan on having new windows installed.

I purchased new windows for my home. All aspects of this purchase went great. It was so easy. From ordering, to measurements, to installation. Each person that I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Approved Contractor Inc. again.
