+ -1 moreTodd showed up when I expected, and correctly deduced from my description that it was a bad ignitier, which apparently isn't unusual for these stoves. He was able to replace the igniter and verified that everything worked correctly. Todd was friendly and professional.

+ -1 moreSuper great service. Left message on website Friday and he contacted and came Saturday. Found out broken parts that needs to be replaced ordered them and show up on time next Saturday to complete the repair. The dryer works great, the price and service were the best (and a great personality) I will sure use in the future.
Description of Work: repair broken dryer that would have cost $700 to replace.

+ -1 moreI will use Todd again anytime in the future. I can only have an appointment on the weekend, so I went to Appliance-Science web site and requested weekend appointment. Todd called me within an hour and w set an appointment for next Saturday. He showed up right on time, took the dryer apart and show me all the broken parts that needs to be replaced (I guess we overload the dryer too many times). He wrote me an estimate on the spot for a very reasonable price, includes all parts and labor. I accepted the bid and w setup appointment for next Saturday . He put back the dryer together, so we can still use it until he get the parts. On our 2nd appointment day, he again show right on time, took the dryer apart again and within 30 minutes our dryer was working (and sound) like new. Summary: Todd has great personalty and pleasure to work with. He is a professional who knows what he is doing. Price is very reasonable. I will use Appliance-Science again, if I need any appliance repair.
Description of Work: Todd repair our 6+ years old GE Gas the dryer that was knocking and shaking. He took it apart, verified broken parts (flywheel, belt and few more), order the parts and came a week later to make our dryer work like new.
