It went poorly. They came out, inspected the stove and then seemed to disappear. We didn't know what they were doing or not doing. A week later they again came out and replaced the pilot light gas lines. Again they left without telling us what the situation was. But the pilot lights still did not work. Their valve had been shut off. We turned on the pilot light valve and lit the pilot lights. The tennant contacted us reporting the smell of gas. We called out the SDG&E again to inspect the stove again. They told us the flex line was leaking and needed replacement. Why didn't the Appliance Repair man catch this dangerous situatuion? We fixed the flex ourselves. This service provider was unsatisfactory to us.
